3My car had no ac. Got to the place they said I couldn't get out of my car. My 10yr old with me. We almost had a heat stroke. On the bathroom they had very small pieces of soap. Like not even a motel small soap. They were broken small pieces from a bar soap. I was like smh. It had me feeling like I was an inmate. Sad.
Had a family member transferred to this unit. When I called an actual human answered the phone. And answered all my questions. Was very helpful. Even took my number down and did a return call like they said they would.
Obviously I did not live here but had to say, anyone who believes this is a nice "treatment" center, is sadly mistaken. There's no "TREATMENT" provided. None, zilch, nada, zero. Unless you're referring to some other type of treatment that is. This place is a joke. Waste of time. Pointless. I could go on, but I won't. Not worth my time.
