We highly recommended Tracey for any of your Reality needs. We were looking to rent a home and met with Tracey in July to review options as we were in a time crunch of 45 days and thought buying so quickly wasn’t an Option boy were we wrong. Tracey said she could get it done in that time frame and put us in contact with a lender she knew would be able to accomplish the task as well. Within 5 days we had lender approval and looked at 10 homes and put an offer in on a new Home. We closed in time frame right on time and moved into our beautiful home this week. Tracey was there every step of the way right to the close.
Without her can do attitude not sure we would have made it.

Tracey was such a professional and a huge help when we were searching for a house to rent! She did a great job throughout the whole process. Tracey is absolutely fantastic! As first time home renter’s we were extremely nervous, but she was more than willing to patiently walk us through every aspect of the process. She always responds quickly to any requests or questions and is flexible in her scheduling which was a major boon considering how much I work. She was never pushy and was even willing to tell us if she didn’t think a house was right for us. She stuck with us and fought for us even when the landlord attempted to tack on extra fees. I would, and have, recommended her to anyone who needs a realtor.

My experience with this Mrs. Tracey Collier was nothing short of awesome! She went above and beyond to ensure that she found the “perfect” house for my family. During the entire process, Mrs. Collier was extremely honest, professional, and remained in contact with me via text, e-mail, and phone with the status of my application, as well as updates on newly listed properties. She thoroughly answered all my questions when I voiced my concerns and successfully found the property that met all my family’s needs and then some! I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Mrs. Collier. If you or someone you know is on the hunt for a place to call “home, ” she’s definitely your go-to!

Unfortunately, the overall experience that my fiancé and I had with Real Estate Agent Tracey Collier, turned out not to be one that we can report was positive. Ultimately, she and her colleagues wasted our time and money, and left a very negative impression upon us. We wish that we had not trusted her and her cohorts with our personal information (via rental applications and other personal documentation which we submitted), because we now suspect that something untoward, or at the very least unprofessional, was going on with Tracey and her associates.

Tracey also repeatedly attempted to pressure us into writing positive reviews about her online- before our business with her had even concluded. In the interest of politeness, but against my better judgement, I initially posted some positive reviews about Ms. Collier which I must now retract. She ultimately really let us down, by vouching for people who turned out to be less than honest. My recommendation to anyone else would be to exercise caution if you elect to work with her, or avoid her entirely and find a realtor or showing agent who you can fully trust.

Tracy was recommended to us by a close friend. She promptly contacted me via phone and talked with us about what we were looking for in a home. She is personable and kind and listen to your opinions and concerns. She was a 24/7 realtor and was always in contact with us via email, text, phone calls, and in person. She was a great liaison between us and the owners of the homes. We found our “perfect home” with Tracy and she didn’t let us settle with nothing short of that. Thank you Tracy for being prompt and willing to take us on as new clients. I highly recommend this realtor!
