Tracey's Fajita Restaurant reviews
16Fabulous Food! Locally owned and staff are friendly. Hands down the best in the area. Queso is amazing
Just ordered for the first time and it was to-go. It was delicious the Tracey #2 (chicken covered in veggie sauce and cheese) was tender and tasty. The beans were excellent as well. We also got the enchiladas covered in mole sauce which was just right, not an overpowering flavor. Long story short, we will be ordering from here again
The food is good. But if you place an order for take out, get ready to wait. They’re never done on time
The mixed fajita is actually my favorite here. Everything else is good, but the mixed fajita is a winner every time.
Excellent food and the service is fantastic. We have been there several times to eat in and also take out. The food is always fresh and delicious.
First time here and the food was wonderful and our waitress was very friendly and attentive! A best-kept secret. I can't wait to visit Katy again for more Papusas!
I love the garnachas and the Dobladas are the best! Both are Guatemalan dishes that i enjoy! Will come back for more!
I just went and ordered takeout, what was my surprise when I opened my order that came with Totopos and salsa included, Excellent detail, they made my day
They're such thing as fake Chinese food and this would be considered fake Mexican food. The only redeeming quality here is there tortilla which is made fresh. Other than that, the food wasn't memorable or outstanding and the service was even worse. The server came and saw my plate was empty and just walked away without cleaning. That's the standard practice where if the customer's plate is empty and the silverware are layed over it, you take it away. Can't say I'd ever go back or even recommend it. Sorry, being honest here.
This is my absoute favorite spot in Katy. Tracey and her whole family are so amazing. We started coming here right when she opened and its a staple in my house. Her fajitas are AMAZING. The chicken and beef are freshly grilled. Every employee treats you like family. Their to-go fajitas are our go to. They have a drive up window which makes it extremely convient. Her tortillas are phenominal. Her husband used to work at Lupe Tortillas so the food is super similar. Their portions are perfect and you have to get their salsa! So good!
Are fajitas were very plain grilled chicken cheese no lettuce no tomato what's up with that The only thing we didn't ask for was jalapenos. And our waiter wow lazy My husband had to ask him for napkins and a straw and he came over to us twice and never once cleared the table next to us and he stepped over a basket that blew on the ground from the table and didn't even bother to pick it up.
Highly recommended, the delicious fajitas, I loved them soft and had an incredible flavor, the delicious chips and salsa excellent customer service, definitely recommended.
Food was ok, much like the service and by ok—I mean sufficient; average. I was the only person in and my order was still wrong. The poor togo customer who’d come in halfway through my meal, was still waiting on his order after I paid and left. Also, what Mexican restaurant has no margaritas? I won’t be back.
Not big on reviews but I just had to with this one. Amazing restaurant, friendly people with great customer service. Tastiest fajita plate I’ve ever had. Steak was well seasoned and not over cooked! Corn tortillas is home made and pretty big. Even the salsa and chips were tasty.
This time we waited over 30 minutes for nachos and stewed beef.
The last time I ordered takeout from here, the door dash driver waited 45 minutes and had to leave. I don't believe my nachos were worth $15. Unfortunately, this will be our last time at Tracey's.
