Didn't have what I was looking for, BUT! They told me where to go, excellent service

The employees at the Columbus Texas store are very knowledgeable, friendly and usually have a solution for what you were looking for. Good selection of product and prices

We’re camping nearby and needed propane for our RV. I called and they said no propane. But then I got a call back from Bobbi about 30 minutes later saying they were getting a delivery and she wanted to let me know just based on “last number”. That’s customer service. Great job!

First interaction with anyone was when I needed to filling my propane tanks. The person who filled the tanks was a female but I can't remember her name or I would tell you to take it to someone else if she is the one who ends up filling yours in the future. This employee didn't open the purge value while filling my tanks and this is the first person ive come across in six states who hasn't opened the perge valve while filling. When I kindly asked why, the only answer I got was " I know what I'm doing I'm certified to do this" and since I am not certified I let her do her thing, paid for what propane I thought I got and left. When my tanks ran out, I went back hoping to get someone else, only to find out that they were out of propane, and when I asked if they know of anyone in town who sells propane; the cashier person asks someone else over the walkie talkie system and the response I get is I hear a person yell from across the store "GOOGLE IT! ". I'm sorry say but it's interactions like these that make me wonder why these people are even employed at all and needless to say, I will never do business with this tractor supply store. I would rather drive 45 minutes to a different store before ever returning here.

Awesome at pick up orders. Made an order for a gun safe, they delivered the safe early to the store and the pick up was simple and pleasant. They are quick, efficient and friendly. Will order from them again!

Cashier told me to get out of the store. She said "I don't give a damn what you need, I'm closing this store and going home. " She had a sack of candy in one hand and a cellphone in the other.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Pass this one and go to the Sealy store.

Team not always helpful but they are friendly. Depends on what you need as to what may be in stock.

Stock is decent but if you need something from the yard plan to wait. Though this is a Tractor Supply issue everywhere.
