I worked with a man named Ben today. Couldnt be happier. I agree with some of the prior reviews, and geared up for a fight over a 6,000 dollar lawn mower we purchased. This manager is awesome. I had my paperwork in order and needed a total mower replacement. 10 minutes Ben was on the forklift removing my unit and then loaded the replacement! Ben has completely changed my opinion of this store and hope he is planning to stay! Thanks again sir! Appreciate you!

Just what you expect from Tractor Supply. Great product variety. Great service. Very competitive prices.

If you’re looking for a good deal on farm and ranch supplies, skip their Canton TX store and head to either Tyler or Mabank. These two stores have lower prices due to the competition offered by Atwood’s. I conducted a quick analysis on pet feed and ranch supplies and find the Canton store is consistently higher by 5% to 15% on most items. I first noticed this disparity eight years ago when I bought my Massimo UTV which was advertised $1,000 cheaper in the Tyler store than it was in Canton. Also I find that fencing supplies and gates are considerably cheaper in Tyler and Mabank. The Terrell store is slightly cheaper than Canton, but still higher than Tyler and Mabank. It’s unfortunate that Tractor Supply feels they need to stick it to Canton residents with higher markups. You’re better off driving just a little further and shopping the Tyler or Mabank stores or better yet, just shop Atwoods which generally does a fine job of merchandising their stores. Perhaps Tractor Supply with get the message.

Just called up there with a few questions about a product the young lady hung up on me immediately after I asked one question seems like there's no customer service or manners

Made 3 trips to get propane. Called to be sure we could get it today. Was told that a certified person would be there until closing to fill the bottle. Got there at 5: 20 to be told they weren't filling them right now because the manager wasn't there.

Bad staff! It’s almost like pulling teeth to get proper attention here and don’t plan on being greeted when you walk in! Seems like you have a mgr problem that allows laziness, I wouldn’t let my dog try on a leash in the dressing room here, that’s how bad it is! Or maybe they forgot to take down the Halloween decor, either way no excuse for this other than pure laziness!

Good stock but overpriced. Most feed stores are better options but won't have the variety of prices. Great staff and great hours!

Hope someone can get this safe open tomorrow. Why you would change the factory code is beyond me! No owners manual etc etc.you’re trying so two stars.

Stopped and asked 4 people where something was. 3 said they didn’t know, one said I’m on break. This is simply not good customer service. We went down the road to Higginbotham Brothers. Everyone in the store offered to help. They may be higher but at least we could find what we needed. So disappointed in TSC.

Tractor supply is awesome, i could spend hours exploring their product lines and the staff makes u feel right at home they are great

So by far the most helpful tractor supply I've ever done business with.bought a 40 lb propane bottle had it filled and even offered to help load. Thanks to the young lady that assisted me and thanks to tractor supply for hiring young adults that care.

Bought MoJack 550 mower Jack. Used 1 time and it broke. Had to wait 30 minutes to get my money back.

Service has always been good, if they don't have what you need, they will get it ordered for you.
It's always nice to know you can find atleast one place around that is open Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

I really like this down home country store. Everyone on the staff that I have had dealings with is is very friendly. Plus they have great prices on dog food and I love going in there to browse around and get ideas of what project I want to do next. Oh and the baby chicks and ducklings are so cute when it is season for them and they have them out for sale.

Out of chick waterers at this time of the year. I try to buy local. On the way home bought what I needed from Amazon. It will be delivered to my door by Tuesday.

They're out of at least half of what you need every time you go. Not sure who's in charge of stocking but it's definitely an inconvenience
