Tractor Supply Co. reviews
19Rude. I had a gift card and they didn't know how to get money off. And blamed it on me. And always no checkers at check out. Not first bad experience. Last place I chose to go only when have to.
Always friendly and helpful staff. If you need tractor bolts come here. If you need little specific screws go to Ace or Truvalue. Otherwise I like browsing their clearance stuff. Always find what something I didn't know I needed.
Love this store. The people that work here are very helpful. Healthy baby chicks were purchased at this visit. I got some great breeds. Americuanas, Silkies, Buff Orpingtons, and RIR.
Never anyone around to help. Seemed like only person there was check out clerk. Same as all TSCs. Must be corporate culture.
Seem to have a high employee turnover. Almost always out of stock of what I need, even when online says it is in stock at the Mt Pleasant store. I have to look at other feed stores or drive to the tractor supply in Winnsboro to find what I need most of the time.
I call this place “The Out House” because they are usually out of whatever it is I came in to buy. I’ve shopped at many different TSC locations and they are mostly great, but the one in Mount Pleasant is an exception and a huge disappointment!
Five stars for the selection of young chicks, pullets and ducklings. Livestock and pet foods and treats. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
The management needs to be better. I seen one cashier doing most the work when 3 guys where in the back cutting it up.
Tractor Supply is my one stop shop for anything outside. Everything is always in the same place and employees are very helpful. I get in and get out and don't spend an hour searching. Love this store.
The 2 young men you see.carryout and put my purchases in my car.
Great kind Gentalmen

Not bad. I went in because of advertisement (40% off) which was misleading because only very select items were discounted.

They have good selection, but staff hasn't been very knowledgeable about the products. They are always friendly, though.

Got our baby chicks 3 months ago. The staff always helps us with their knowledge for all things farm related.
Frustrated that the location in mt pleasant my brand of Dog food is $3 a bag more than the location in Longview.
They were very helpful to a point. When I needed someone to bring my 3,30 lb. Dog food out I had to wait on them. One guy helped another older man in front of me and walked off, I had to say excuse me can u not see I need help.
Love the live poultry they got set up there. However one time I did witness a family eating corn watching the youngling birds all while an employee stood inside the entrapment and aggressively plucked out the perished corpses flinging them onto the ground. Also tossing in the ailing or indisposed baby’s into the cadaver pile forming on the cold floor. A rather unsightly scene and a perfect rendition of the gray cruelty of man. But I do like the smell of fresh poultry. Prolly be back.
Hardly ever anything in stock. Employees don’t bother to help. I literally loaded 2 compressed bales of hay while trying to care for my infant son. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, if there wasn’t 3 workers just standing there talking. None of them offered help at all. And of course, they didn’t have the 1 thing I was actually looking for in stock. I will start spending a couple of extra dollars and just go to a real feed store.
