I only write reviews when I really have an urge too and this lovely realtor of mine, Tracy Thomas, very much deserves it. I am new to the area and had an overwhelming amount of realtor suggestions and I’m SO glad that I chose Tracy! First all, she’s a doll and so fun to work with. Second, she has patience… i didn’t know if I wanted to buy or rent so we looked at all options so i would feel comfortable deciding. Most realtors would sway you to try and buy, as the commission is obviously lower on rentals, but I did not feel ANY pressure from her whatsoever so that was very nice going through this process. She was on it in every single way - she found great options that fit ME in a timely manner, set up all appointments on the quickest route so we weren’t bouncing all over town, knew every detail and had print outs of each property, negotiated a couple perks and got me approved and moved in with a cute personalized move in gift as well! Super happy with my home and my realtor. Thanks Tracy!

Tracy is very professional, goes above and beyond to get answers to all your questions and works very hard to get the best deal possible! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
