To find parking in the street nearby is hard, come to the end of street to find some, inside the company little hard backup when other trucks are moving too, good thing they hav restroom, in the morning for check in there is always lineup, staff is good

Taking drivers' time is something I totally disapprove of. They tell me that as soon as they have the load ready they will call you but this can take all day.

The guard was very pleasant and respectful. I got checked in quickly. One hour later I was in a door and one hour after that, I was empty. I had no problems at all with the treatment from our the service I received.

Too much time for them to call you and open the door and after they load you they have you waiting for more than an hour and no one is in the office to answer

Some bureaucracy, but nothing complicated. The girl at the reception was very attentive. The young man who calls you to assign the door is also very clear with his explanation. Two hours for a download. The only problem is the guy at the entrance. Despotic and rude. He wants to be funny and he's not. He has a scandal with his tropical music, and he doesn't listen to you and you don't hear it.

I read the comments and many of them are right, the guard wants to be funny with you in a mocking way, his attitude is not professional at all, the girl who receives the papers is attentive and friendly, but apparently they take a long time to download check in 8: 30 am check out 2: 30

The way this company to check in with the drivers is ridiculous. The guard shack will give you paper and you are going to wait 3 to 5 hours to call you to give you a door if you forgot to give this paper to the shipping office is like you never check in

Good company arrived a day before my appointment and they received me and the download was ready in an hour

This place is horrendous, no compassion for truckers whatsoever and they are breaking the law by not allowing truckers to have any access to a restroom, Im literally in the front office begging like a little kid to use the restroom and they would rather send 20 staff members to explain why they don’t allow truckers to use the restroom

Avoid this place. I arrived at 9: 00 and they gave me the door at 2: 00 pm. According to the broker, I had an appointment for 10: 00 am. According to them, it is in order of arrival. I had 15 trucks before me. He advised that you arrive very early or sleep here the night so you can go in to unload early. The guys in the office are very kind, that's why I give them 2 stars. It is a company that has you standing all day for a download, if you come here, bring lunch because it will take you so long!

Security guy don't care about who got here first he just do he's preference first horrible place he thinks he is the boss bad bad bad

Have to say this is a very efficient company. Plenty of room to dock. It is first come first serve so keep that in mind.

Good place to load at 8 50 am u have to walk to the gate then prepare ur pick up # then walk to the main check in then walk away back to your truck. They will call u shortly with a door number.overall I'm very satisfied with those guys.very organized

Be there earlier and get unloaded early!
Gate opens @9 so make sure to stand in the gate by 8: 50 am! Make ur to take ur license plate number of the trailer and paper work!

Arrived in the morning at 9: 00am. They loaded it with the wrong cargo. It was difficult to figure out that it was the wrong load. On the second attempt I managed to get the correct documents. It's 4: 59pm. I'm still waiting. 1 point out of 5.

I had seen the comments and I was hoping that they weren't like that, but they weren't wrong at all. I have 5 hours and they haven't even started downloading, very bad place to come to download

Checked in at 3pm and they put me in a door to 5: 30pm. Park on street check in with guard and watch you elog loose time. Nice people but slow AF!
