Sonia is the absolute best! She has made this process so easy for me from day one when I called for rates. She got me in so quickly with a very good special and was nothing but sweet and professional throughout the entire time! She's knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions and made my experience such a positive one. Love her, and I am so glad to have worked with her to get into my new place. I’ve been here about 4 months and it has been amazing! The front office staff is amazing and assists with any needs. My neighbors are great it’s and overall it’s pretty quiet. The location is the best because it’s minutes from Pearland, Downtown, Medical Center and much more!

Management team is really good they reach out to you if there are any inconveniences due to late payments and work with you and very understanding Work orders that are put in are done in a very fast pace without any problems.

It is a super nice area and the attention and service of the office is very good and with immediate responses to our concerns as tenants.

I recently moved to The Trails at City Park & my experience here as been amazing. The process moving in was fairly easy and the leasing staff are very nice. Every question I had they answered without any agitation in the voice. When things are not working they immediately fixed them. Overall the experience living her has been amazing and breath of fresh air coming from my last apartments

I found this community after moving to Houston this summer. The application process was a breeze, and Anthony honestly has truly been a godsend. I appreciate how quiet the community is how clean it is and how they address things immediately. I have not had any delays in maintenance and I’ve always felt respected. The staff is very professional and have been very accommodating to my family. My unit is spacious, and it was very well kept to be an older property. The grounds are kept beautiful all of my neighbors are very respectful and quiet.

My stay has been nice so far. No disturbances, easy communication. I would recommend a friend to apply for renting in the future.

I recently renewed my lease. I did so because I love my apartment and the management staff. They’re kind, courteous, and prompt. The property is not only close to my office, but it’s near shopping and dining.

The front office staff is amazing, always willing to answer any questions I have. They have lots of fun activities happening throughout the year my favorite had to be the margaritas and nachos night.

My family and I love this community! The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to assure that you feel like you are at home here! They host great events for the entire family. Maintenance does a great job responding in a timely manner.

Nice apartments at an amazing price. The units are good but not great. Some older trim and cabinets that were re-painted instead of replaced, but nothing terrible. Management and the front desk staff is always very kind and helpful. They even remember my room number when I come to pick up packages or pay rent, which shows how much they care about their tenants.

Been living at trails @city park for three yrs now the staff is wonderful, quiet and peaceful at night.would recommend if you like a peace of mind
