Trails at Lake Houston Apartments

Pretty apartments. Great location.

But I currently am dealing with black mold and no answers. I will be hiring an attorney for this. Also. Roaches. It’s a problem. They’ve exterminated like 3 times and they just do not end. This is a joke for how much I pay. I pay way more here than where I was… and I’ve emailed so much about so many issues. Save yourselves a headache. This place is not worth it.

Stopped by last week to ask about availability. I got the pleasure of speaking with Cordelia, who was very friendly and informative. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me with the entire process.

I am grateful for Trails at Lake Houston Apartments, I most definitely would have to highlight with high regard the staff in the leasing office, in particular Miss Cordelia. She is absolutely an angel and I am not exaggerating by saying that, the staff is very easy to talk to and make me feel comfortable. My 1 bedroom is pretty spacious and all I need.

Absolutely a fantastic place to live. The office staff is nice and professional. What really made my experience one of a kind was the very smart and knowledgeable leasing agent Amber. Her professionalism was the best one I witnessed all day apartment hunting. 10/10 recommend Trails at Lake Houston

Do not…. I repeat do not rent from this complex. They have the worst management staff around. They will not protect your vehicle or property from being stolen. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

DONT NOT MOVE HERE WHEN I FIRST MOVE IN A MONTH LATER NOTHING BUT ROACH. I SENT A REQUEST IT TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO FIX THE ISSUE. THEN AFTER THAT EVERY MONTH IT GOT WORST AND ROACHES WAS IN MY REFRIGERATOR GOD JUST NASTY THEY DIDN'T CARE TO THEM 3 DAYS FOR ANT REQUEST. MY TOLIET WAS STOP UP TOOK THEN 4 DAYS TO FIX IT. MY DAUGHTER HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TO PEE. I DIDN'T PAY FOR AUGUST RENT BECAUSE THERE WAS MOLD IN MY APARTMENT AND WAS TOLD SINCE I DIDN'T PAY THIS MONTH THEY WANT GOING TO FIX IT. THEY FIX IT A WEEK BEFORE MY LEASE WAS UP BECAUSE SOMEONE MOVING IN. IM UPSET CUZ NOW THEY SUINF ME FOR RENT AND FLOOR DIRTY BUT IT WAS KIKE THAT WHEN I MOVE IN. YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BUT LET MY DAUGHTER STAY IN MOLD BECAUSE OF RENT. WOW

Do not move here please, I have only lived for 2 months and I have had vandalism in my car 2 times, there is no security here. It is true that the apartments look very nice but there is no security at all. You are always afraid that when your car wakes up something happened to it. Does anyone know how I can get out of the contract for this apartment because I'm afraid to continue living here ……

DO NOT Move here, my moms car was broken in to today at 2am, apparently a few other neighbors had their car stolen not to long ago, it’s been a few cars stolen in the past 6 months, leasing office won’t do anything to secure this place, sending letters advising us to lock our cars won’t help at all, they are not looking to steal anything, they looking to steal the car.i used to love this place when I moved in 3 years ago, now I’m trying to break the contract to move to a safer place to live.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. NO SAFETY FOR TENANTS AND THEIR BELONGINGS. RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES FOR GARAGES AND RESERVED PARKING SPOTS, WHEN NO SAFETY IS AVAILABLE SUCH AS CAMERAS AROUND THE COMPLEX OR OVERNIGHT GUARDS. ALTHOUGH CARS ARE GETTING BROKEN INTO AND STOLEN, MANAGEMENT IS NOT WILLING TO RESPOND AND PROVIDE SAFETY OR BE REASONABLE IN ALLOWING TENANTS TO MOVE OUT WITHOUT CHARGING THEM AN UNREASONABLE HIGH PRICE FOR WANTING TO “BREAK THEIR CONTRACT” AT THE COMPLEX THEY FEEL UNSAFE AND UNPROTECTED AT.

Would give a 0 if possible. This is not a safe apartment complex and the management/ maintenance is horrible. Cars have been broken into, 2 packages have been stolen from myself personally. When I moved in, the place looked very trashy. Did a HORRIBLE job painting, there is paint all over the floors and it’s disgusting to look at. Garbage disposal breaks every other time I use it, dishwasher had gross old water in it. And the dryer was leaking water when I moved it. Maintenance took forever to complete my request to fix said things. Rent is way too high for this dump of an apartment. The show room is the only nice apartment they have - it was very misleading. Very VERY disappointing when I walked into mine. Cannot wait to leave this place and to recommend people never to move in here.

Lived here for 2 years and if they had 3 or 4 bedrooms I would have stayed even longer! My family outgrew our 2 bedroom but I have nothing but good memories here! The girls that took over the office were so nice always
