INSPECT EVERYTHING before leaving this place if you decide to do business with them! Horrible customer service and do not stand behind their product/installs but shoots straight to blaming the customer. You will find this in other reviews as well; wish I had paid attention.

Bought a truck topper for a brand new 2023 F150 4x4; I can't see the top of it without a ladder and didn't occur to me on a brand new topper to request one so I could see the top. The topper was dirty from install so I didn't notice scratches in the area just under rear window. However, after getting home and doing a hand wash on it and getting a ladder to reach the top, I noticed the damage from their transport/install. It was damaged being loaded/off loaded from transport or during install itself. I immediately sent pictures and they told me to come in as they couldn't see with the "glare". So I drive an hour there and the manager wouldn't even look at it; he just walked outside and said he saw the pictures and immediately went to blaming me for driving it through a carwash or backing into something. What I know to be fact is I drove from there to my home; nothing more and did a hand wash. There are zero other marks on cab of truck or anywhere on cover until you get to the back edge. Judge for yourself but I don't recommend doing business with this place but if you do, make sure you inspect everything as they do sub standard work and will not stand behind it and customer is always wrong in their view.

Found they had the best price for spray in bed-liner in the area.do all their work in house so made appointment.got there right at 8AM, they had my order ready and took my truck back in about 2 minutes.very impressed with the quality of the bed-liner work. Prices were so good got a bedcover installed.really comfortable waiting area too.

They charged a 10% restocking fee and their policy on returns do not state there is a fee. I understand that there are shipping cost, but to pay $352 for restocking plus $352 on shipping is theft! They stole my money. They are a dishonest business.

By far the worst customer service in town. Avoid at all costs. They sold me the incorrect part then would not return it because of “dust on the packaging”. Was NEVER USED. Selling incorrect parts, especially a gooseneck hitch, is incredibly unsafe and irresponsible.

I was calling around to get a leveling kit for my truck, and trails end did it in no time. The Ford dealership was going to charge me $1,200. Trails End was a fraction of that with still great work. I’ll be back!

Called on 12/28 to get a quote on a camper top.salesperson I spoke to told me they started $2500 and that was it. I went online to Leer to get a quote, and put in Trails End as the dealer, I let the salesman know about the quote request and he said he would call me back when we got the email. It's been 9 days and and I've yet to receive a call back, I did receive a call back from another dealer the same day. It would have only taken 5 minutes to go through the options I wanted and give me a real quote, but he basically said he didn't have time and I should just bring the truck in. This is how you lose business as I purchased the camper top from the other dealer and it will be here at the end of the month.
