Tramor at Hunter's Glen reviews
11 Office manager is rude, only cares about money and not the residents. Laundry room is always dirty, especiallyduring covid but after as well. No communication during winter storm when the pipes burst for a week, they turned off the water without notice and no water for a week. My apartment had cracks in the walls and the floor was uneven. The toilet didn't work like it should, and would back up almost every week. The apartment was dirty upon moving in and I had roaches.
Edit: Did not send out notice of water being turned off. I had no water, they didn't provide water. I had to drive in the winter storm on ice to go get water from somewhere. They didn't respond to calls either.
Great apartment complex. During my time there management consistently worked to improve the complex. They communicated any relevant information quickly and there were constant improvements to the property. Also the location is great. Brodie lane is just a few streets over and they have everything from restaurants to shopping to HEB, Lowe's and Home Depot. Also, the maintenance team is great. I called twice after hours and both times they were there quickly and fixed my issues quickly. Thanks to Kelly, Claudia and the rest of the Tramor staff.
The ownership at tramor properties could not care less about their Tennant's, their safety, or the condition of the property, and it has gotten worse and worse year after year. Renters beware
Our maintenance crew should be praised for the work they do.
I recall a post about their service during the winter storm. Consider that they had their families to keep safe before they could come out to help. For all we know some of them were without power and water, yet came in to work, regardless, especially during a pandemic.
Got to see the team in action today and was impressed with the efforts the team made to fix an issue we had today.
I’ve taken the route of working with them and learning ways that I can maintain our unit, so they can work on bigger projects. I was reminded of how many locations they service. I met one or the new guys today, I told him he was part of a good team. Looking forward to see what they can do. I have newfound appreciation for them, thank you gentlemen.
I lived here for 18 months and I cannot express how great of a place it was. The office and maintenance team top to bottom is fantastic and really seem to care about the property and their tenants. It might not have the fancy exterior of a newer apartment complex but don’t let that stop you. The insides are updated, the entire staff is responsive and kind, I think I only saw one roach ever as they consistently have pest control come out, just truly a joy to live there after seen some of the nightmare fuel apartments Austin has to offer. Cannot recommend enough. We’d still live there if it weren’t for the fact that our commutes were 30-40 mins long and had to move north of the river to mitigate that.
Lived here for two years and didn't have any problems. Great management team here, they really impressed me by always being communicative, friendly, and helpful if I ever needed something. Maintenance was always prompt. I do think the units are a little expensive for what you get in terms of size, age, appliances, etc - but overall, my experience here was a positive one.
Kelly, Joana, and the rest of the management at hunters glen at a pleasure. They always make sure things are taken care of when needed. The maintenance crew is fantastic and friendly as well. High regards to the team the keeps this property going.

Very nice, calm place to live in, close to the buses, i have been living here for a month and i absolotley love it, friendly staff, Joana has been really helpful with us and made the process super easy!
This was my first apartment living in and it was so nice! I was able to walk my dog during the day with lots of shade that we loved! And Haley is literally the nicest person ever!
I am sad.
Kindly I asked them to not cut bushes rıght front our balcony even I gave them cold water. First they said yes but later they cut it. They said office wanted it.
It's our privacy, we are at first floor and people walks near our balcony. There is no enough space for people and dogs.
Pool is not opened for months.
I don't like how office works. If you have better option don't choose here. Thank you.
Moving into Tramor Hunter’s Glen has been such a positive experience. A wonderful community with friendly office staff that have made me feel so welcome. Hayley Hammonds (leasing agent) was so professional, kind and helpful. She truly went the extra mile to make the process super easy!
