Tramor At the Oaks, Austin TX

I love this apartment complex so much. Plenty of parking, lots of mature shady oak trees. Small, quaint, not many weird energies. Good layout in the apartment themselves.
The management never leaves rude or demanding notes on the door but does leave respectful notes for work and maintinence.

The rent portal kind of sucks because it takes weeks to pull from your account which is annoying, and there are a couple of -German roaches- the bane of apartment living but honestly I only see maybe 1 or 2 a week likely because my neighbors are clean people. To put a positive on that note, I NEVER have seen the famous Texas flying cockroach the “palmetto bugs” which are found all over Austin and southern America in great numbers. I don’t know how they keep those monsters at bay but I sure can sleep well knowing those aren’t gonna ever fly into my face as I leave my apartment.

The pool is 9 feet deep and so are the ceilings which is amazing.

There are a couple other things that bother me like the poorly done carpet installation and the chipping paint jobs on my cabinetry but overall I am extremely happy here as it is overall beautiful property with management that has respects its tenants.
