Sux, counter people are rude and the products quality has suffered, trane has gone south unreliable and poor quality

Wow. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. I am a fully licensed and insured HVACR contractor that has been doing business with this location for about ten years. I called for a price on a small fan motor Friday. I was quoted around $160. I used this number to get my customer a quote. Monday I go to pick the motor up and they tried to charge me over $250. Their excuse was that they quoted me their cost of the motor, not my cost. Then tried to offer me an insulting discount to fix their mistake. I lost time, money and nearly my customer. I spent an hour trying to get a hold of someone that could resolve this but with no success. So here I am. It should be mandatory that employees work service a few years so they know how it feels to be given a wrong part or treated this way. And to see how damaging it can be to a small business. They get still get their hourly pay today while taking food off my families plate tonight. Maybe it's time for these guys to retire.

Manager trying to tell me I couldn't talk about politics to another customer. This isn't a communist country.

Waited around while 3 counter guys took there time joking with the clients they had on the phone instead of helping me and others that were in the store at the time to get them on there way to the to fix a Trane customers AC I wish Coastal HVAC would sell Trane equipment they have real customer service

Someone is always there to help and friendly staff.

They are very professional and I always find all the parts I need
