They will try to scam you, dont let them. My husband called and made an appointment to have some parts replaced on my front end (both control arms, tie rods and tie rod ends) and an alignment done, they told him $400 for the work and $75 for the alignment. When I went to drop it off myself they completely ignored anything I had to say about an appointment and told me "they would put it on a lift and figure out what's wrong with it. " I told them no, just fix the things we agreed on and they told me they would call me and let me know whats wrong with it again. I gave the argument up and sent my husband in to tell them the same thing I did, no work outside what we initially agreed upon. They agreed. It took them 7+ hours to get the work done. (I get this part, they are busy. I know they didn't spend this entire time working on it, they just took extra long to call me.) when I went to pick my car up and pay, they told me the total cost would be $600. I explained how I tried to tell him that I had an appointment this morning and he quoted my husband $475 for the work, asked why its so much if the initial price was $475. He didn't have any good reason for the price hike other than he never said $475 and he told me there was nothing written on the appointment slip about the price. I told him I was listening when he said that to my husband (on the initial call) and he got extremely upset and started yelling at the other people in the office over the intercom to come ring me up for $475 and slammed his phone down before he stormed off. I will not be returning, and I will be warning all of my friends and family (and anyone else who will listen) about the business practices of this place.

Did an awesome job on my headlights even cleaned then up a bit and made them look better than they were. I just was not expecting the way he changed the bulbs.if I wanted to see the lower plastic part to fly off going down bangs hiway.it seriously could have been bad, just pay attention and don't shear gaps into something if it's already jacked. I'm now missing half the covering. I really appreciate you hard work.

Had a low tire pressure show up while on a road trip and brownwood was the last “large” town I was driving through.

Despite having a lot of vehicles in the shop they seem to have a guy dedicated to patching tires and I was out in about 20? Minutes or so, and it was only 10$ so it was definitely worth it. Seems like a good honest shop

I will not do business here as long as they got that rude lady working there. I bought my last set of tires here. Sad to because I like supporting home town businesses. Discount Tire thanks her though
