My experience at Transformations Medical Spa has been extremely disappointing. In 2021, I purchased a lifetime laser hair removal package which was advertised to include treatments for five areas with unlimited visits.

Toady, I was shocked to learn that my package was terminated because of a supposed contract I had signed, requiring a visit every 12 months. The problem is, I never signed such a contract, and this was confirmed by the receptionist who I spoke with the second time I called. She freely acknowledged that there was no such document on file and was kind enough to send over a copy of the forms I had in fact signed. This blatant dishonesty in an attempt to deny services that I’ve paid for has left me bewildered.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner for clarification and resolution, I have received no response. I did however, receive a notification stating that she had viewed at least one of my messages.

To make matters worse, I was only able to use the package six times due to their constant unavailability for appointments, often being booked months several advance. This quickly became extremely frustrating, (especially since I was told I would need 30+ sessions to see a noticeable difference at my first appointment) and is the reason I eventually chose to take an extended break.

Do not recommend.

I had a HIFU treatment done. It's been 8 weeks and I look gaunt. My face and neck have melted right off. I look hideous and 20 years older. I am in physical pain. The nerves in my face and neck burn. If this review saves you from your life being ruined it is worth it.

Had laser treatments for a year for spider veins on legs. They were worse than they were when I started. Had permanent eyeliner done. Had to go for touch up which is normal but the first visit and with two more touchups one of the eyes still is not correct. In the mid eye area still have to put eyeliner because it is bare. What a waste of money. Should have read the reviews. The one about them rushing you in and out and not discussing your eyeliner treatment is completely true. I will not recommend this place.

I was recommended this place by a friend. I ask my husband to purchase eyeliner for my Christmas gift. It’s been difficult to get an appointment and when I did and after driving 2 hours was turned away. Because three days prior I may have had Excedrin. Nobody Ever gave instructions of not to take headache meds. No direction at all! I took off work and moved my world around to make this happen. I do not recommend At All! Oh and she refuses to refund and wants me to drive back another time. And yes I called their office and was told we don’t refund. After this review they did finally refund my money. That’s the only positive thing I have to say
