Horrible experience with this bus company and I will never travel with them again or recommend them to anyone I know. When we bought the ticket to Dallas, Tx from San Diego from La Union, we were told to be at the departure location at 12pm. We arrived 30 minutes early to be sure. When we arrived at the place, the lady from the San Diego office of La Unión proceeded to ask us for our American passport and an address at our destination. I asked him why all this personal information was needed to ride the bus and all he could say was "for safety and COVID reasons". Very suspicious, why do they need to write down all our passport information and also our US home address? They are not Immigration and they deny you service if you do not give all this personal information, terrible security technique. The worst thing is that the bus did not arrive at the departure place until 2: 30 pm. We waited there for more than 2 hours. When the bus finally arrives, we climb aboard and immediately notice a mold problem throughout the bus's ventilation system. In 2020 I was diagnosed with a mold allergy treated with steroids only, so I was terrified of riding a moldy bus for 19 hours and having an allergic reaction without medical help. I started looking for connections to start legal action against this bus company and sue them for the conditions of this bus in case of an allergic reaction. Not once did the woman in the office mention or ask if I was allergic to mold, nor was I informed of the condition of the bus. The conditions inside the bus were also disgusting, the floor was dirty, the windows were dirty, and the seats were the same. The air conditioning was very cold, which was sad because about 70% of the people on board were senior citizens. I know they were freezing like me. Very inconsiderate of you. To make matters worse, I was fixing and the bus did not stop ONCE from San Diego de La Union to the border in Laredo. 10 hours without stopping to use the bathroom or buy something to eat. You can only imagine how the old people fared. I bled through my pants and there was no way to fix the situation until they stopped 3 hours after crossing the border in San Antonio. Well, one would think that the situation would get better by crossing the border, but no. When I bought the ticket I bought with price and destination to Dallas, Tx. We arrived in Fort Worth and not once did they offer to drive us to Dallas. I had to call someone to pick me up to Fort Worth. The whole way in Mexico was very suspicious, the bus driver would randomly stop and stopped at two strange roadblocks. One in which a hooded person got on the bus and pretended to check the cabin, but then proceeded to have a short conversation with the driver for whatever reason. I am still hesitating if I should report them to the US business bureau because the conditions of this bus and the travel processes are not legal or ethical. If you come across this comment, I would like a refund for the horrible service you gave me. I have attached photos of the mold situation. Horrible, horrible experience.

Terrible service, the truck had leaks, the dirty bathroom and also taking two hours repairing a vehicle that would take us from Forth Worth to Oklahoma instead of having it ready when we arrived, I add that the vehicle was in terrible condition, almost as if it were leaving us alone.middle road.

Very poor quality, don't travel, just old trucks, they don't even have air conditioning, some buses work.
