I have been seeing Dr Tran since 2014. I've always found his office very open honest professional and they treat you like family. Dr Tran is a delight and he always goes thoroughly over your findings with you and treats you like he would treat his own family. He really cares about your eyesight. I would recommend Dr Tran to anyone who really wants to keep up with anything going on with their eyes. Amazing service, amazing staff and an amazing doctor! And I should know because I fly in every year from Pennsylvania to see Dr Tran!

I have premium vision insurance. My copay for a contact fit (just the trial contacts and exam) is $25 for my routine annual visit. Well, this location charges you an “office fee” regardless of any insurance, of $125. No matter what insurance you have, you will pay out of pocket minimum $100 for contact prescriptions PLUS the actual cost of your contacts order. Obviously, I cancelled my appointment, and went somewhere without this extravagant costs for a routine refill/office visit. This place is expensive even for the area it’s located, and I’m not sure why…?

Dr. Tran is an excellent doctor. His bedside manner is fantastic and his knowledge of eyes is extraordinary!

Dr. Tran is the best optometrist! Don’t go anywhere else, he is your guy. All of our family goes to him and they all love him. He will make you feel like family. Thanks Dr Tran for always taking care of us.

Dr. Tran is always very nice and gives me the information straight. He prepares me for what’s to come and how we will handle it. I highly recommend! I was referred to him and now I’m recommending others.

Every year I feel like my experience gets better & better! I’ve been seeing Dr Tran for 10 yrs & he feels like family. The staff is professional and informative. I drive 40 mins just to see him and won’t change it until he retires ;)

Dr. Tran is so knowledgeable and he is an excellent eye doctor. He stays abreast of all the latest technology and has some pretty fancy equipment for screening. His office and clinical staff are always efficient. I’ve been a patient for 15 years.so have nothing but KUDOS for Dr. Tran and his staff!

The clearest vision ever! Dr Tran changed my contact lens strength and put me in multi focal lenses. At 64 I can see distance clearly AND read menus in a dark restaurant without reading glasses! His staff is knowledgeable and professional and I received a very thorough examination. I highly recommend TransVision!

There seems to be a major disconnect between Dr. Trans friendliness and professionalism in eye care and the prescription eyeglasses services out front. The front desk folks are moody and not paying attention while fitting my glasses and when I picked it up. They are eager to send you off regardless services. No a greeting when I came in not thank you after I paid my glasses. Daniel was always looking somewhere else when servicing like the next customer will be more important. As Dr. Trans suggested that I could take the prescription somewhere else, I will definitely do so next time.
