Travis Park reviews
16The point of our taxes going into a splash pad only for it to be closed every single day. What’s the point of having one if it can’t be in use by the community.
Arrived on a day off.there was not a single notification that the park was not open. The children were very upset that the water splashing area was closed.
The water is nasty. After we left there he was so sick and he made the other siblings sick. The water park needs to be sprayed down with bleach at the end of the day.
Took my grandbabies and I played in the water with them. I lived it, so happy they made this for the little ones. Awesome!
Gross bathrooms broken toys on the playground and trash in the park area from parties. It's OK bit definitely not a place I'd bring my children to anytime soon. I'd drive across town to Sunset Park before we come back here!
The city of Rosenberg has outdone itself and created a better environment for our children and young adults via the splash pad and the new shiny pavillion!
Went to splash pad at Travis Park. Overall, pretty clean and kept up. Grass is mowed, all the water attractions worked, kids had a great time. Plenty of shaded area for those of us who didn't want to play in the water.
This splash pad is great honestly. It's free and available for anyone. Area was busy but clean. We had a great time and will go back!
Family and I were in town from visiting other family for a mini vacation for my son's birthday. This splash pad was super cool! 5 yr old and 1 yr old had a BLAST.my fiance, mother, and I even had a great time despite it being deathly hot. This little splash park is the COOLEST I've ever seen and been to. I was very impressed!
The splash pad was totally worth it! Lots of space, trails, basketball court, and an og playground as well! All they need is a skate park!
Amazing mini water park nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Great covered area for parents to sit and watch and stay cool in the Texas heat. The day I went it wasn't very busy. There were two older kids being a little mean but their parents noticed and had a chat with them.
The City of Rosenberg has made big improvements to this park. They added a splash pad and a pavilion. It's a popular place these days.
Beautiful park, clean environment lots of fun things for the kids to enjoy and there's a new splash pad right next door so much fun!
I played baseball there as kid in my teens, I'll never forget those days, those where the days when George Guest announced our games on KFRD RADIO Broadcasting live at the games, good old days, those where the days when it was just home town country boys battling it out until all-stars started, my older brother John was known for hitting homers into the swimming pool over right field fence, witch is now a wounderful water park provided by the city of Rosenberg, I think its all free, these days I watch my 16 year old son show his stuff on the mound at Terry High School, almost set a Terry High School record this past Friday night in the playoffs for the most wins on the mound in the history of Terry High School, unfortunately the umpires didn't want him to get that record, I've been known to help out the city of Rosenberg, to help keep all the ballpark restrooms throughout the city in working order, Gary Ohl, Gary's Quality Plumbing L# RMP 36808.don't forget my son CLAYTON OHL #3 just like the # I wore on my back in the early 80's, hope you enjoy my story, keep watching for Clayton Ohl, he's picking up my Legacy.thank you
The kids loved the new splash pad.
There's a big shaded area with tables and seating. Plenty of shade from the trees if you bring your own chairs or picnicking.
