My dental hygienist was the sweetest and most gentle person that I have ever encountered. The Dentist was so knowledgeable and explained the few questions I asked him throughly! The receptionist was so sweet and so welcoming. Truly loved the practice!

Very friendly staff and easy to make appointments. This is my favorite dentistry office I've ever been to. It's just quality all around.

Great staff! When I called to make my appointment, Theresa assured me that the entire staff makes all the necessary precautions to ensure my safety at the office due to the virus. Dr. Jay is very professional and by far the best dentist in Austin and I've lived here for 43 years! I'll keep coming back!

The Receptionist is a load talking Anti-Masker that thinks that not wearing a mask in a Dentist's office is OK because they have a 3 sided plexiglass shield. Aerosols go around and hang in the air. I'm not having my mouth open for an hour with a practice that is reckless about masking.

The entire staff and Dr. Jay are awesome! I felt very safe going into the office especially since when I asked what safety protocols being done I was explained all the extra precautions they are doing due to COVID. From the time I arrived everyone was wearing masks, washing hands, available hand sanitizer, tissues for patients to use. Great cleaning as always with the BEST dental team in town!

I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Jay and assistant. Front desk lady was very prompt to notice me. Can you believe they all called me by my name upon my follow up visit. Very impressed. My Daughter has been there and my husband now. This our family dentist now.

I have been going to this dentist for 15+ years. This place has been purchased by Dr Jay and I'm still impressed with the service. He has a great staff that keep the office running smoothly. The dental hygienists all pay attention to detail and are highly experienced. Dr. Bruce Jay is highly qualified and never tries to upsell you on expensive dental treatments or surgeries. Highly recommended. Plenty of parking around the office. Central Location.

Horrible Reception.this isn't managed like it was back when Dr. Brender owned the office. I had been going to his practice since I was a kid, but the new front desk team for Dr. Jay is so bad I had to find a new dentist. The receptionist never answers the phone. They're also closed on Fridays which makes scheduling even harder. Once you finally do manage to squeeze yourself in on their schedule, the wait time in the office is ridiculous. Then this receptionist told my mom and myself that she would call us with insurance pre-auth info regarding dental work we needed done and never did.we got fed up asking because she was terribly rude ("Well I wasn't in the exam room during your visit so I had no idea you needed that". It's called reading the chart.) and since she's the only one working the desk we couldn't get anyone else to assist. We both ended up finding new dentists. I work in customer service and am still apalled at how bad this experience was. The dentist is already a bad place for lots of people. There's no need to make it worse with bad customer service like this. It's a shame because Nilsa and Dr. Jay are great, just need to find themselves a professional front desk team.maybe I should apply for her job so I can get paid to do nothing.

Before discovering treaty oak and the team I had not been to the dentist in almost a decade. My negligence cost my a nasty gum infection right before I was due to go on vacation.

Not only did Theresa squeeze me into a last minute appt but Dr. Jay, nilsa and, julie were beyond amazing not only in their expertise but their kindness. They didnt judge my lack of dental hygiene and made sure I was in the path to recovery after they had diagnosed my issue and provided a comprehensive list of steps to get me on the path to better health.

These folks are FANTASTIC.

As far I as I am aware of, best dentist in Austin and I have been to many. He has been my doctor for about 15 years. Excellent, dependable, professional service.

Biased because they're close by, but the staff is always pleasant and I've never had any issues with insurance or scheduling.

Had a great experience at Treaty Oak Dental as a new patient. Tina did an excellent cleaning and Dr. Jay was kind and is very experienced.

First time visit was excellent. Staff made me feel comfortable and explained thoroughly their approach to my dental care. Would give 5 stars if this wasn’t my first visit. So far, best dentist office I’ve been to.

Dr. Blender and staff are the best. I would highly recommend them for any dental needs. I have been seeing them for all my dental needs for over 10 years. Nelsa, dental hygienist, does an outstanding job not to mention an incredible personality. They now have a new dentist Dr. Jay, who is wonderful, personable and thorough. Every time I go for an appointment, I look forward to seeing friends who always provide the best of care.

All that being said, if you need a dentist, call Dr. Brender. I promise you will be pleased.
