4The location is great and the surrounding area is quite beautiful. The laundry room was filthy and ~60% broken more than half of the time. To my chagrin, I opted to be paired with a random flatmate, who was later revealed to have a long criminal and psychotic history which ultimately forced me to move early for fear for my own safety (and was 100% a safety risk to all neighbors). The employees are absolutely overworked, likely underpaid, and the complex is owned by a greedy mega-corporate-landlord. Beware, most 5 star reviews are definitely suspect and were likely solicited.
The maintenance is the best! I would recommend students living here especially if you enjoy feeling homey. It really feels like a little neighborhood:)

Best Apartment Community in town! They always have the best resident events for the residents! Such a great community!
