Shona is always a pleasure to speak with whenever she calls to schedule appointments for her patients. The best of the best.

Per a family request that recommended this facility for my dad, I read the reviews and understand that nursing homes are not perfect. I called and spoked with Shona and received great customer service and she was very knowledgeable of the facility. Her detailed information eased my mind and I will honestly say my dad is relaxed and enjoying his stay thus far.

At first I was pretty skeptical after reading the reviews, but once I toured and met the staff I felt better bringing my loved one in. Treemont is family oriented. From the tour to the actual admission date our family has been pleased.

DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF THE LIES. EVERYONE DOES WHAT THEY WANT COMES IN LATE, STEALS TIME, GOT ONE NURSE WORKING 2 FLOORS! THATS REALLY SAFE RIGHT? THE DISRESPECT IS ON A LEVEL NOONE COULD IMAGINE. THERE SO SHORT STAFF YOU GOT NURSES SLEEP AT THE DESK AT NIGHT. UNLESS UR PURPOSELY TRYING TO UNINTENTIONAL MURDER SOMEONE STAY AWAY ESPECIALLY FROM DORRIS UPSTAIRS ON 6-2 & 2-10 its gross in the morning noone cares about noone or nothing

My uncle is at this facility. It’s clean and the staff is very nice, they treat him good and he loves the food.

Me and my coworkers hosted a game day for the residents at Treemont. Shona welcomed us, made sure we were taken care of and ensured everything ran smoothly!

I have been here for five years, the Staff is Very Caring, and the Rehab department is the best in the DFW Metroplex, in my opinion, Creative Solutions recently took over the facility making substantial upgrades to the facility and equipment, such as Rehab and Transport! Very worth looking at for care

My brother is at this facility. Its in the process of remodeling and everything looks great, the admission coordinator (Shona) is very helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. The director of nursing (Marivic) is a jewel and the lady in central supply is very friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this facility.

The staff at Treemont have been helpful and friendly. My grandfather has adjusted well and I’m happy to have chosen this facility.

Never been here they are horrible one of their patients was dropped off at the E. R.that came from there she was hoist up and they dropped her on the cement

I was skeptical at 1st after reading all the reviews and not knowing what was true or false. After meeting with the Admissions, BOM, and nursing staff they reassuremed me, answered my questions, and put my mind at ease. My love one is happy and so am I with the care they are receiving. Thank you, Tremont for all you do and continue to do!

Mom has been there over a week. Food is horrible. I have to bring her food every day. She has to continuously ask if she could take a shower. It’s too bad that they are so understaffed but the staff that is there they are very nice and it would be nice if they could at least clean her room a few times a week. Also, she is a diabetic and they don’t have a diabetic menu. Who feeds pizza to a diabetic and there’s no salad dressing for the lettuce. The rehab guys are wonderful. They get 5 stars!
