I just bought my first Trek road bike…and couldn’t be happier. The bike design and details are amazing!
The service I got from Randall was even better. He knows a LOT about bikes and is super friendly too.
I highly recommend this store to anyone interested in getting a bike.

I had a great experience at this shop, and with all the employees here. I bough two bikes and got to work with Mike and Jason to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I asked for a few modifications on a mountain bike, and both Mike and Jason were able to locate the parts needed for this build. I am in the process of moving north, but I will definitely drive down here to get my bikes serviced and continue to do business at this shop.keep up the great work!

Very friendly staff, will help you through the entire service process even if you don't have a Trek bike.

Dropped off my bike for the level 1 service and also had a new shifter cable installed, still had some shifting problems afterward, but took it back and they went above and beyond to make it right. Also I keep noticing things they serviced, they even replaced the cable end cap on my drop post switch.:) Will be back for sure, excellent shop and service.

Friendly and efficient people that want to get you what you want or need, and willing to take the time needed to do it. I'm an older rider (70's) and so my hip 20's and 30's are far in the past. At some bike shops that can be a liability in terms of how you're treated. Not here! I'm completely comfortable among the younger staff and clientele. What counts here is a love of bikes and cycling, and an appreciation of quality.

Walked in to get a flat tire replaced and I was in and out of the shop within 15 minutes! Trek members were super polite and very helpful.

I went in looking for a few things and Deuce was quick to help me find everything I needed! He even installed my new rack and bag for me.

Clean in order store. ALL staff members are eager to assist customers no matter what is being purchased. Even for the, “ I’m just browsing “ customers. The staff are all there to assist if needed! Fun friendly environment! Knowledgeable staff from the front counter to the mechanics desk.

This place is great. I ride with a group of about 15 professionals who all have really high end bikes. This shop does all our service before and after events and they do an outstanding job consistently

Trek Dallas Snider Plaza is very responsive to the needs of cyclists whether they're making recommendations on "tuning" your bike or altering the positioning of your hands, feet, etc.to capture the energy being expended.more comfortably!

I have been coming to this store for 12 years. The people who work here are the absolute BEST! Patient, nice manners, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and on and on. Fabulous store!
