These guys are the best. Been going to the store for 6 plus years now and the service guys are awesome! Peter is always greeting you when you come in and they all ride locally as well.

Great selection of bikes for all types of riders, the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased an e-bike. I've also had my 20+ year cruiser serviced and they did a fantastic job on that.

Exceptional experience and service as always. Everyone in the Trek shop is great to work with and make you feel good about your bike and bringing it in. They take time to look the bike over while you are at the shop and make recommendations for what could use some attention. They keep you up to date along the way in case there is a delayed part and in the end I found a lot of attention to detail from the tech who worked on the bike.

There is such a great selection of products that Trek offers. I hadn't been in the Trek store for a few months and when I entered back to test out the E-bikes it had definitely increased the experience! I have considered an E-bike for quite sometime. Ultimately I do see myself getting one sometime in the near future. And Josh was so great! He definitely had such great knowledge on the bike options, listened to what I was looking for, and definitely made it more of a natural experience versus a pushy one, so kudos to him on that! There are other Trek locations closer to where I reside but since I have been going to the Flower Mound store, I don't feel like they judge anyone by how they look. They always are so friendly and you always feel greeted with a smile!

I am a big fan of Trek bikes but what really makes the difference is the friendliness and knowledge of the employees.

Staff are experts and fix problems other shops could not. They always go the extra mile to help me resolve any issue.

Josh was awesome! Spent time understanding the type of riding my wife and I were going to do and didn't try and sell us on features or bikes that we didn't need. Very informative and helpful!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm a new rider with a starter bike who is not fully committed to riding yet. If I were I'd definitely give them my money! Customer service goes along way and THEY were AMAZING!

They Outfitted me with the perfect bike for me. I had done plenty of shopping- I had treks in the 90's. I know enough to carry on a conversation and what I was looking for so I know how good the staff was and that they weren't splitting time between the bike department and housewares-ha!

Peter and Mike were the friendliest and most professional bike guys Ive come across. I went in for a part I’d been looking for, which they happened to have. The best part was Mike offered to inspect my bike for free before my triathlon to ensure it was safe to ride. He ended up moving some things around to fit my size and corrected some issues I mentioned I was having. The guy was super knowledgeable. Really glad I went in, definitely the shop to go to if you need anything or simply have some questions about your bike regardless if it’s trek or another brand.

Trek Flower Mound was able to work on my son’s Giant Mountain Bike. I appreciated that they could service a bike that wasn’t the Trek name. Upon pick up some of the parts ended up being in sale after I dropped the bike off and they honored the sale pricing. Great work was done and friendly service was given!
