Zaragoza location - check your receipt, aside from being overcharged, the math is incorrect and dishonest management replaced items that didn't need replacing.
Since I travel the country for my job bringing my bike everywhere I go, I’ve visited A LOT, of shops and this is in a class all by itself. It is spacious. It is well organized and very clean. Honestly, I thought I entered a wrong door. It feels more like a boutique of sorts than an actual bike shop. They even had a bike bath. No buckets and garden hose there. For a moment I even felt self conscious and anxiety creeping in. Thinking this shop deals with customers who is more obsessed with wanting to look like a bike rider rather than are a bike rider.
That feeling though didn’t last long. The moment I spoke to the two employees I realized that anxiety was unnecessary. They were pleasant to talk to. Extremely helpful.very knowledgeable and seem very well stocked. Although I do believe that their normal customers aren’t exactly the type of people who do their own maintenance and repairs, I def know where I can go to get anything I could possibly need for my bike!
