I am so beyond happy with Trevino Funeral Home. They were very respectful and professional from the moment they took my grandpa into their care. I really do recommend them when having to face such a difficult time. Jessica is so nice and so supportive and answered all my questions (which my family had a lot of) and Matthew was so attentive and kind. The service was beautiful and they took so much stress off of us in such a hard time which can be very overwhelming but they made sure it wasn’t. They respect all their clients especially military families and treat their veterans with honor. Thank you all again so much for the amazing compassion and generosity you shared with all my grandpa’s family and friends.

Thank you to everyone at Trevino Funeral Home for taking care of my Father from after his passing to his final resting place. Your compassion and professionalism made this process less stressful for my family during this difficult time. I especially love how you honor our veterans and that means the world to me. Treviño funeral home did an amazing job with helping us prepare for my papa’s funeral. They’re very caring about their veterans, and took amazing care of him from the moment he passed and took him from our home to the moment he was to be buried at the VA cemetery. They helped us out so much; especially Jessica, who was very attentive and compassionate towards us and was there for us during the whole process. Thank you Trevino Funeral home.

To be determined.it's Been a month since my moms services and I'm still dealing with some issues with the company. I will update my review as this problem is rectified.
Update: 6 weeks after burying my mother, some things have been resolved. Communication is key, as in all situations and business. Thank you, Trevinos Funeral Home, for services provided for my Mother.

These people are the worst. They're rude and misplaced my dad's jewelry. The were nice until I paid them in cash, in full. Then all the attitudes came out. Mr. Trevino was nice but I don't think he knows what is going on with his office staff. They were rude to many family members calling in for Funeral service info. I had many complaints from family members. They kept my dad's flowers and didn't take to the cemetery. That was very upsetting. And they know I need the death certificate and I was called that I could pick it up, it was in the office, , I show up and nope, nothing. It's been 2 months and no death certificate. I've reported them to the state for the problems with the death certificate. Trevinos is no help at all. Caution when dealing with these people.

Had my brothers services there everyone's great especially a young lady by the name loura (Spanish pronounced) she was fast and fixed problems right away. The other young lady I believe her name was Jayleen wasn't as attentive and helpful she kind of procrastinated when told about obituary being corrected. We had to call them cuz we wouldn't get a call from her when she said she would call us back to let us know when problem was fixed. Nice young lady just needs a course in customer service, but other than that things went ok. Thanks

Loosing a loved one is very difficult. The staff at Trevino Funeral Home, especially Jessica, were extremely exceptional, warm, and understanding. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure such a sadden loss was a beautiful departure. She was so compassionate. Thank you for all you do!

I cannot say enough about this Funeral home. We were in a dilemma because my mother passed in her city of residence, but we wanted to have her service in her native city. Jessica helped me quickly and proficiently. Working between three cities I was able to have the service my mother wanted near her family and where she grew up. Which was what she would have wanted.

During the hardest time of loosing a love one they have been patient and understanding of our needs. I called several others and their service were terrible. Taylor and the owner Bobby Trevino are amazing human beings. God bless them!

Trevino Funeral Home helped me throughout one of the most difficult times of my life. I lost my mother due to COVID-19 and didn't know where to start. Mr. Trevino and his staff helped me step-by-step. They are so compassionate and professional. I could immediately notice they are such a great team/work family. Going through so much, I would forget to include details. Taylor and any of the staff were ALWAYS available (even after hours). My family and I were able to focus on our family while the staff provided everything we could ever ask for during these hard time. I whole-heartedly recommend their services for your loved ones. I feel TFH are now part of my family. Thank you Mr. Trevino for caring for our loved ones as much as we do.

Trevino Funeral Home went above and beyond for my family in helping with services for my aunt then soon after my father. They were very compassionate and understanding. The remembrance table they did for our father was beautifully done the effort they put in making it a special long lasting memory was in deed noticed. The courtesy blankets they had made of my aunt and father was a beautiful gesture that was received without of love. The staff always took the time to answer any questions we had and still do.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism, compassion and kindness from TFH. Thank you for helping my dad and sisters plan his beautiful service. I would highly recommend TFH.

Nothing could prepare us for our tragic loss and for all the family drama that unfolded afterwards. The Staff at Trevino Funeral home are very understanding and professional. The whole staff was extremely caring and went over and beyond to relief the massive stress we had encountered. We would very highly recommend them in your time of need. They are also very passionate and really showed they are sincere and honest. Kudos to everyone!

Lack of communication interfering with family matters lack of transparency just bad business. I call for information about my father and I was told it was paid for and private and me and my brother's were not allowed to attend.

Trevino funeral home did an amazing job putting my uncle to rest. The staff did an amazing job I also want to thank jailene rayo for issuing me a bereavement excuse she was very friendly and helpful.
