Triada Chiropractic for Women and Children reviews
16I cannot speak highly enough about Triada for prenatal chiropractic care. I had horrible pregnancy induced sciatica, to the point I could hardly walk, & Dr. Katrina was a lifesaver! Not only is she extremely compassionate, but she is skilled & knowledgeable as well. Abbey at the front desk is such a sweetheart too! If you’re pregnant or have a little one in need of chiropractic care, look no further!
Dr. Katrina is an amazing chiropractor! She is very thorough and knowledgeable. We love coming! Great with kids too! Our whole family feels so much better since coming to see Dr. Katrina. Audrey at the front desk is very helpful too!
Been to many different chiropractors over the year, mainly sports-based, and with pregnancy wanted to go to someone a bit more focused on women/pregnancy. Was referred by my OB to Triada and it’s been a great experience so far. Dr. Katrina is the first chiropractor that has used different scans/tools to help focus care and advice, with the extra help of focusing on this future mom and baby. Easy to make appointments and great staff.
Been a patient for a month with Dr. Amber and have felt a total difference. Appreciated the overall approach to my health and well being.
We love Triada chiropractic! We’ve come for infant care, postpartum care, and injury care. Amazing experience every time. I don’t trust any other chiropractor.
Dr. Katrina and Dr. Amber are amazing! Both women are very personable and make each patient feel very cared for. I came in with neck pain and after two appointments the pain is starting to go away and will continue to come here.
Our family has been seeing Dr Katrina for about two years now, and we couldn’t be happier. She had helped my son with acid reflux when he was just born and his recent ear infection, when antibiotics weren’t working. Dr Katrina is very knowledgeable in what she does and we recommend her to anyone in need of adjustment.
We love Dr Katrina and Triada Chiropractic! Started taking our baby when she was 6 weeks old and the improvement has been amazing! They are all so caring and responsive!
Dr Katrina is wonderful! I came in with pain down my leg and after a few treatments I was pain free! I’m on the wellness care plan and I have seen tremendous improvements in my posture and over all well being.
We bring our entire family here includong our newborn and we couldn't be happier with the exceptional level of care.
Katrina adjusts our whole family and we all love her! We are doing the family share plan with the 13 week’s adjustments and we all feel great! My son loves to come for his adjustments and always stays to play afterwards.
We LOVE Triada Chiropractic. They are so thorough and help you understand what is going on with your body. We have had a great experience.
Leaving the stars for Katrina and her expertise as a Chiropractor. I had one adjustment and felt a positive difference!
Where it went wrong (in a nutshell) —
- insufficient financial transparency/expectations
- blindsiding signed financial commitment
At my second appointment I was presented with information from a tailored “Care Plan” from now to the end of my pregnancy. I wasn’t ever made aware of what to expect from mentioned Care Plan, was overwhelmed with its information (fine), only to be met with a ~$2K+ “package” where ~$700 was due today. I liked Dr. Katrina, I did not like being blindsided in that way to financially commit to something I wasn’t, at the very least, mentally prepared for.
I was told I could “pay as I go” but that sounded like I still had to meet that bottom line number. I expressed my disappointment and did not feel understood in any way — as a matter of fact it was, “we’ve been in practice for over 4 years and never heard this. ” I was uncomfortable with the way that unfolded and unfortunately had to leave my second appointment with no service. Until today, I had never experienced that weird financial pressure to commit to something, especially by a medical professional (who, again, I liked).
As long as you are completely aware of the above, or comfortable with the signed commitment and all it includes, you will likely have a great experience. I just may not be Triada’s demographic! I still believe Triada Chiropractic has great care — just a major flaw here in customer journey, communication, transparency, and processes.
We found Triada when my daughter was having stress headaches from technology. Dr. Katrina did a full consultation, adjustment and gave her some tips and tools to
help. She is so kind, knowledgeable and thorough. She doesn’t rush and answers questions. She’s so good with little people too. I’d give more the 5 stars if I could.
My 11 month old daughter has been visiting Dr. Katrina since she was 2 weeks old and after every adjustment there is a noticeable difference. Dr. Katrina has been super helpful in answering all our questions as first time parents, she always has great recommendations for any concerns we might have. Highly recommend!
