It was very fast and mostly painless but the staff acted as if they were just in a hurry to get you in and out however my doctor is always responsive when I say good morning or hello and he’s always there if I have questions before the procedure.

No waiting Dr. Chapman is excellent. He takes his time to thoroughly understand. Highly recommend.

This visit was my first time at the new clinic. I was called back after a brief time and was seen by Lauren just minutes afterwards. She definitely helped the pain I was having. The whole staff was so friendly.

Dr Watson is the best very through with his patients that are in pain. Takes care of them very well.

Was seen very fast, tech was very helpful due to my existing catheter, and the shots by Dr Monis were placed very accurately to make the pain go away!

I’ve been a patient of Tri City’s for nearly 8 years due to back injuries experienced at a young age and osteoarthritis developing in my knees and back in the last 15 years. PA Watson has been my attending caregiver all this time and has been absolutely wonderful. I hope he never leaves Tri-City because I’d have to follow him! LOL! He’s always cheerful and upbeat especially when you consider everyone coming to see him is in pain and generally in a bad mood! The whole staff is friendly when considering that fact!

Dr. Justin Vigil has been my doctor for several years. I would no more go to another doctor, then, I would grow another three feet in height. Dr. Vigil’s Medical Staff are beyond compare. Roxanne, Maria, Savanah and Belinda are caring, patient and very understanding!
They are extremely professional in ALL their handling of their patient duties. The best part of all these different personalities, is, their sense of humor. You are immediately put at ease, especially if you are there for a procedure, which can make a patient a tiny bit uneasy, especially a big sissy like me. But having Roxanne, whom by the way, is the only nurse who can insert the I. V.in my arm, with ABSOLUTELY no problem. That does NOT happen at B. A. M. C, ever. It takes them two to three times. But with Roxanne, it is ALWAYS the first time, EVERYTIME. Dr. Vigil & his Staff are BEYOND compare & i would follow he & his Staff, if they ever moved. I’m quite sure other patients would, as well. Thank You Dr. Vigil & your fantastic Medical Staff. Y’all are THE Best!

I’ve had 2 appointments here. First I had a evaluation and second time treatment. I was in and out in less than a hour both times. PA Cadrain was kind and personable. I was very nervous about getting a shot in my knee but he explained everything and has a great bed side manner. It’s been 24 hours since my shot and my pain relief is significant. I highly recommend this doctor.

I saw a new PA this visit. She was sweet and asked some good questions. I would see her again. I have not always had good visits.scheduling seems to be a problem causing long delays at times. I have chosen to reschedule because the dr has been an hour or more behind. Wait times is my biggest complaint. So far PA Lauren Francis is a keeper.
New office in New Braunfels is a really nice facility. My only issue is with the chairs. I have been to multiple locations and all have a need for chairs that don't cause me to leave in more pain than I came in with. Please address that.

Everyone at Tri-City pain management are always smiling and in a good mood. I am always seen on or even before my appointment time, which we all know nowadays never happens at a doctors office. Dr. Monis has been giving me trigger point injections in my lower back and am blown away how well it relieves a majority of my pain. Probably helps that Dr. Monis knows exactly where to place the injections. I have been going for several months now and they are consistently professional and proficient and I can’t recommend them enough.
If you are in pain, ask about the trigger point injections. They Work! They work immediately and you walk out feeling much better than when you went in. Five Stars!

Chris Watson, the PA in great. He listens intently to your needs and gives options. The solution is up to both of you. Staff is also great

First visit, so the office is a bit tricky to find in the dark, but the sign is very visible when the sun is out. Office staff are polite and efficient, nurses are kind, and the doctor I met with is very knowledgeable. Overall everyone was trying to make a stressful situation better.

Everyone was so efficient. My wait time was very short. PA was quite knowledgeable. I was in and out with followups scheduled so fast. I appreciate that.
