The young lady taking my information was great. The rest of the staff and doctor are very inconsiderate and very irresponsible. Had a 330 appointment and was almost there till 5 o’clock. They didn’t bother to tell me the doctor was going to be a no-show I would not recommend Dr. Chapman at this point.

Never seen by actual doctors who, you make appointment with and PA or whoever see’s you doesn’t remember to put notes so completely forget what was talked about. Doesn’t manage pain and when you contact to get medication he said he was going to prescribe. He actually writes the wrong ones and write something that My mom was allergic to for years and we have told him several times also, when you call them to remind about the medication’s, he was supposed to prescribe they tell you you have to wait 72 hours even though it was a visit and should’ve been done that same day after the visit, then spoke with Liz on Monday about the prescription that was supposed to be put in Friday she asked me to call her back the next day an gave me her extension 397 to call after lunch not mentioning that was Liz’s off day after getting a hold of her Wednesday i’ve been told that they had dismissed her. We have seen this doctor several times before and could never help because he needed x-rays images however, never wanting to actually to paperwork and ask my mom to ask her primary to order then. Please if you care about your family members find a pain management that will actually manage their pain

They will waste your time. I have been on time to my appointments and today the PA was a hour and a half late. My time doesn’t mean anything to them. The clinic staff is nice enough. But I have been waiting two months for an unnecessary authorization. They were making me wait for no reason, even their own insurance team said this.
I have been waiting two months for an ablation procedure as well. I was told to wait another four weeks due to the doctor being on vacation, was mis-scheduled the second time and now was told I have to wait another two weeks due to an authorization that is not needed.
The doctor lied to me, and his office manager won’t fix it. I told her I’d even drive to Corpus Christi, and she told me that I didn’t want to do that.
Horrible, HORRIBLE patient experience. But I have nowhere else to go for these procedures, so now, I wait, again, because of their mistake, I have another two weeks of this.
I’m not impressed, at all.
Oh, and when I asked if I could see another doctor for the procedure - seeing as how I have never been introduced to anyone besides the PA I see, she told me that they don’t allow “doctor shopping”. At this point I got loud. That is very rude and accusatory. I am not asking for medicine, I’m asking for a procedure. This whole situation is a disgusting reminder of how little doctors care now a days.

Last September 2021 was last day of services. I paid all my deductible at the time for services. NOW 4/22 i get a notice from collection co.stating i owe them $ 105.for tri city. For 8 months i never received a bill, phone, email then i get this notice and call billing to get information recording leave your # someone will call you. Ya right

I was happy to find out that they also treat pain in the knees as well as back pain! My first and second visits were rewarding! I was very impressed with Dr Shroll.

Dr Sholl is amazingly through yet compassionate. Something very rare in today's Healthcare industry. Not only is he an excellent doctor but he's completely changed the office staff. It was once horrible but now shines brightly.

Updated 11March; got in early about 10 minutes before my appointment (1015), they saw me on time, I was with Dr. Schroll within 15 minutes of my appointment time and he was helpful, informative, and experienced. He listened and responded and did an exhaustive background to cover me and him as far expectations and planning. Happy to see them on their game.

Showed up today as a new patient, had completed my paperwork a week ago as per their email. Was 5 minutes early for a 2pm appointment and had been sitting there for 27 minutes without being called. Had I been a half hour late they would have canceled my appointment so I asked them to reschedule mine. Surprisingly they were expecting me to continue to sit and wait and were reluctant to reschedule my appointment. I drove 40 minutes to get there on time and they couldn’t treat me with the decency of any human being. Ridiculous and rude about sums up my experience with this office. Additionally they called yesterday afternoon to cancel my appointment because Patricia the person who updates their referrals and authorizations received my referral 3 weeks ago and the authorization 1 week ago but never updated their system. This office is a significant letdown and that’s without ever seeing a Doctor who they represent. Just FYI my appointment was with Dr. Schroll who on paper seems to be very intelligent and capable.

I always paid cash as they changed insurance carriers they accepted. Don't ever disagree about your plan. If Dr. Monis doesn't like it, He'll cut you off that day then bill erroneously. Dr Monis is a thief. Adding on charges that we've already discussed are NOT valid. I'll win in the end because I have the truth on my side. Avoid him at all cost.

I have got to say this doctors office has it’s act together. They are very professional and respect you and your time. I do have to say it all starts at the front with Ashley and Eva. They have their act together and they focus on the patient and the patient needs to make sure they are taking care of. Tri City has two of the best in Ashley and Eva and they should make sure they do everything possible to keep them with their company. They are for sure the glue that hold this whole place together.

Dr Schroll is very nice and competent. He came up with a plan no one had ever offered to me and it is working. Also it got me off of habit forming drugs.

Referred to this office after my Dr of 13 yrs passed away and never once had an issue with that Dr or staff. Dr Shroll’s staff and appointment setters are very unprofessional. The Dr screwed up and ordered an MRI without metal suppression and when I tried to get the staff to have the Dr resubmit the order they refused. I told them I would have my Ortho Dr do it and would call after it was done for an appointment. Called for the appointment and was told that I was no longer a patient there. Would not recommend them ever!
