If I could give 10 stars I would they absolutely deserve it. The customer service is top notch! I’ve taken my vehicle to several mechanic shops and Trinity Auto Haus is by far the absolute best. Some of my favorite things is the communication about my vehicle and the fact that they take pictures of everything that needs to be replaced, and any questions you have they’ll be happy to explain. I’ve gotten my gaskets, valve covers, my front end, rear end, shocks, ect done at Trinity Auto Haus. It’s absolutely worth every penny. It’s nice to be able to take my truck somewhere and have piece of mind knowing it’s being taken care of the right way. Thank you Trinity Auto Haus!

We pulled into thier shop at 4: pm with grinding noise coming from the front tires. They let us park our Rv behind thier shop.diagnose a front wheel bearing was bad they replaced it and had us back on the road by 10: 00 in the morning! We were traveling from Wisconsin and had another 400 miles to our destination! Thought we would be stranded for a couple of days! We are so grateful for their fast and courteous service. (And a place to stay)

Absolutely one of the best experiences with mechanics we have ever had! Honest and trustworthy. We were new to the area and we needed a mechanic. We were nervous that we might find someone who would take advantage of us. Trinity Auto Haus is the best mechanic we have ever had. So glad we found this gem!

After coming off a 9000 mile trip pulling our fifth wheel RV with only 110 miles or so to get home my truck had an issue with the exhaust system and the computer cut down the power for pulling. Thankfully we managed to get to an RV park. I then started looking for a place to work on my truck. Needless to say I the chose the right place. Trinity Auto Haus was professional. Gary and Bailey worked me in and the repairs were made. Great people, great service and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! Thank y’all!

Always a little Leary about repair shops but Trinity is a good choice for repairs. Did a through inspection and provided a report so you would know what to expect. Then you tell them what you want done if there is more than you originally went there for. Nice respectful personnel and will use for further work.

Best place i’ve taken my VW GTI since owning it. My radiator hose blew while traveling to whitney late on a Thursday night. My car was towed in and promptly inspected and diagnosed. I approved the work after lunch on a friday and was able to pick my car up the next business day. They saved me money on my rental car and the labor charges were very reasonable. Gary and Bailee made every bit of a painful experience as enjoyable as possible. I will not go anywhere else and can’t thank the team here enough!

I brought the vehicle to their workshop needing much work. The A/C was broken, the drive line was fractured and worn. There was a major oil leak that was repaired. All were fixed and the vehicle runs well now.

The inspection on my car was done right away even though I had booked at the other location. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She notified James that I went to their shop.

Super friendly people. Didn't try to upsell me at all. Cost was fair and the work was done well and quickly.

Charged my wife $48.11 in labor to replace a parking light bulb. That's a 5 minute job. They wont be getting any more of our money.

There were many delays while my car was getting fixed, but Bailey was amazing! She kept me up to date with everything that was happening and took the time to explain each repair to me. 10 out of 10 recommend her!

Very friendly. They had to order a part because not available locally. Brought my car back and they put in the part immediately. Very glad they are here in China Spring.
