16Hip area of shops and restaurants across the river from downtown Dallas. Vibrant colors and lots of options. We are at Babb BBQ and Cake Bar.
Great spot for a nice summer lunch or dinner. A lot of restaurants and a beautiful walk at the bridge.
My Wife and I ate at Beto & Son, out on the patio Saturday afternoon, she ordered the Sour Cream Chicken Tinga Enchiladas and I got the Tenderloin Tacos, very tasty and delicious!
The only issue is the Cake Bar machine is always broke. Yall need to tell them to get it together
Great service great company.next party over had too much to drink and every 3-5mins they were screaming and it was a lil nerve wrecking but everything else was superb!

Had to pay for parking to get close to restaurant. Bad. Too much spaces for valet, not enough free senior citizen handicap parking close to restaurants on busy Friday nights.
Visited the Cake bar, the cakes are amazing. You can purchase a whole cake or by the slice! Nice little place close to busy downtown Dallas!
An eclectic group of shops. It hasn't been there that long. The neighborhood is growing by leaps and bounds.
Amber Jack's is fresh, with friendly staff, great menu choices. My fish and chips was light, tasty, and I can't wait to return and try the other fish options. Afterwards we splurged at the cake bar and then the chocolate shop.
The food is fantastic, the atmosphere relaxing, food choices are phenominal.
Nice place near the iconic bridge in Dallas. A lot of restaurants but they are mostly aa little bit expensive
Love the this hangout. There are great choices to dine at, and the integration with outdoor and indoor seating is superb. We need more places like this around the metroplex. You're bound to find something you can enjoy if you visit!
Developers have done a great job adding such a large variety of restaurants. Huge covered outdoor space. Lots of parking. Something fir everyone
This is a center with several bars restaurants and other stores. That gives it a cheery atmosphere for the evening hours. While the space for restaurants and bars the parking spaces next to the building isn't large enough which means parking across the street causing congestion as cars enter and exit.
Super place to stop and eat anything your heart desires. We went to the Cake Bar and went crazy. Plan to go back again and help ourselves to some more food.
