Called to see if they had x board floor covering they said yes. Drove 20 mins. They sold me the 1 they had. Then when I showed they charged me for the 100' not the 50' they talked to their supervisor and found out that they couldn't even sell it that it was just a sample from the supplier. They refunded me but huge waist of time and could have been avoided since i called first. If they can't get a roll of paper right not sure I would trust them with flooring.

Called in to see if they had some flexible, told them I would be there in an hr, got there in 45 mins and found out from the one employee there that they had closed early (this place is far from both my work and home). They employee didn’t seem to care, plus when I was on the phone with them, they kept putting me on hold for ten mins at a time and half the time the call would disconnect before someone got back to me. Very unprofessional

Customer service is not so good. They make little to no effort when asking questions over the phone

Worse service ever ladies in the back (sales area) didn't help me at all or even try to look for the materials I was looking for

This a great place to buy wood, they are selling to trade only, they don't sell to walk-ins.

Even though I came here, just waiting outside to find contractors, El from shipping went above&beyond and introduced me to a installer. A office guy Russ walked out gave me a business card of a installer. Even you are not buying, they tried to help you out whatever they can. Will come back to buy flooring supplies.

Name the worst place to go in shop for hardwood floors don't care about the customers they all they do is care about yourself

Great hardwood flooring supplies, you all have to talk to Mitch best sales rep there, hands down.

My experience here has been amazing. Every time I have a question, they are always ready to answer me and give me a reply. Occasionally they won't have the answer right away, but they do get back at me once they do have an answer for me. Customer service is always friendly and always make me feel welcomed.

Every time we had a question he always picked up to answer our phone call. He is super knowledgeable and a huge asset to this company. I highly recommend Mario if you need any help with your flooring needs. I wish there was a higher rating to give him. He would get an 11 out of 10 in my book. Ask for Mario!
