Trinity Orthopedics / Texas Bone & Joint - Keller

Have had several very successful surgeries all with less scarring than I was anticipating. Dr K is awesome.

My 3 star is solely due to the office (back end) staff. Calling the office is a joke. You cannot get through if you are an an established patient. I have to go in as a new patient to get an appointment and that's calling multiple times. I've tried leaving several messages, but you never get a call back from that staff.

Onto the good. The P. A. Lauren Sloan is amazing! She's super friendly and gives advise and talks to us about options, but honors what the patient asks for. We usually visit with her directly. Dr. Iagulli is not talkative, but straight to the point, which I appreciate. The nurses are also all amazing at Keller and Hurst.

Went in for back and knee pain. Had an appointment with Dr Kjelgaard. Once I got called in the first thing I was told was they would not look at my knee pain, they would only do one issue per visit. Next up was the usual vitals, then off to get x-rays - again, of my back only, nothing for the knee. Finally the doctor came in - only it wasn't Dr Kjelgaard, it was his PA. I'm not upset that I got seen by a PA, I'm upset that I did not get seen by the doctor I had an appointment with. Anyway, while explaining the causes of my pain - didn't show me my x-rays, just talked about them - he saw I had VA paperwork. He straight up told me they don't fill out VA paperwork anymore, and he specifically will never do it again, because it's "too long. " (My podiatrist saw me for multiple issues in one visit AND filled out VA paperwork for simply a $15 fee) Fast-forward a month and I get my bill in the mail. I open it up and the only line item on it is "New Patient Visit Level 3. " No description of services, just a generic line so they have something to bill the insurance for. Well, you can guess where I WON'T be going to have my knee looked at, or any other issues for that matter.

I went there for a consultation of a cyst on my knee. Two visits total of about 15 mins. They ended up sent the prescription to some online pharmaceutical w/o informing me.

Being an athlete it was very important for me to get the best. They went above and beyond in all areas from the diagnosis, to the surgery, and amazing rehabilitation. Without them i am not sure where I would be.

I went in today in severe pain i saw Dr. K for the 1st time.from the moment i walked in the door the front office was so welcoming. I was seen within a few minutes and what i appreciated the most was how Dr K took the time in explaining my back problem. He listened to me and with compassion he got me out of my pain. I am so happy to find a doctor who actually cares. It was not all about the insurance and what could be billed. I highly recommend this office to anyone out there who deals with chronic pain. I know i will never go to anyone else for my back pain. Thank you all so much!

We Love Dr K. & Dr Iagulli. They're so attentive and take the time to explain everything so that we completely understand.

Best staff fast service no problem scheduling you almost want to get hurt just to let them see you lol

Don't listen to the cry baby reviews about the staff. The staff is great and get the job done. If you have spine problems, you'd be doing yourself a favor by consulting with Dr. Kjeldgaard or his PA Robert Smith. I had surgery with him and it was a great experience. No pain, 100% relief. If you live in DFW and got back problems, look no further, Trinity Orthopedics is your best option.

I have been very blessed and pleased with Trinity Orthopedics. Dr I is a perfectionist just what I needed for my knee damage. Highly recommend him and his staff is very attentive and friendly.

Good diagnosis of my wrist issue billing a nightmare. Took over five months with several phone calls and two visits to the office to be partially reimbursed for an overcharge. May only use one compounding pharmacy they recommend, and billing odd there also.

Let me leave the office in pain and no pain mess and next appointment was scheduled a month out.joke 4 months later still in pain and now they won't release my medical records so I can see a new orthopedic doctor! Word of advice run or limp away as fast as you can!

Great staff and service. Doctor Gibson, Martha and Erika are all awesome. Hope you have just as good of an experience.

I had a horrible experience with Trinity Orthopedics. They charged me for Fracture Care when all my son needed was an x-ray and a splint. So, they charged me over $600 instead of just the $20 co-pay. They did the exact same thing as CareNow, they just charged me over $500 more. I love the cross in their logo. Ripping people off is definitely the Christian way.

These people are great staff is wonderful. Clarissa on staff is awesome this doctors office gets back to you unlike other places. And Dr K is great he really fixes it.this is my 2nd procedure i have had done here.he did my knee 2 years ago and zero issues since.he just did my shoulder i have post op pain but i can already feel that its gonna be gtg after therapy is complete

I broke my ankle and didn't have a doctor to turn to. I just happen to find Trinity Ortho and went. I had Dr. Gibson. He was nice and took the time with me. Loved the lady that takes x-rays. I can't think of her name right now. I had to wear a cast for 1 month and a boot for 2 more.

Dr. K and Dr. I are great, the staff is wonderful and friendly, 2 rebuilt shoulders and knee replacement thank you all!

I have suffered with severe pain in my feet for several years due to Plantar Fasciitis. Dr. Gibson was one of several doctors I went to for this.he gave me a RX of celebrex and also ordered multiple creams and a lidocaine patch for me. I am finally free of horrible pain. I could not say enough good about this office and this doctor. They are over the top excellent!
