John came out to help us with a problem with our A/C. Turned out to be a blown fuse. He was on time, friendly, professional, fast and got the problem fixed. The price was fair. He didn’t try to upsell us on work we didn’t need and was respectful throughout. We’ll definitely be using this company again in the future!

John showed up within 1 hour of the initial call. He diagnosed the issue and corrected it in 15 minutes! He took additional time to answer my questions and explain some of the system to me. I use Trinity on 3 properties and can only say great things about their service!

Today was the first time I have used Trinity. My ac was repaired within 2 hours of my phone call. I will definitely call again. I am very pleased with the excellent service. Thank you very much. I am very impressed.

Holy cow, I couldn't say enough good things to say about this company. I received quotes from two other AC companies in the area (including the one that installed this system just over two years ago) and received quotes ranging from $2k-4k for the replacement of a still "parts warranteed" evaporator coil. Saw Trinity listed as an approved vendor on the manufacturers website and decided to get one last quote from them. They ended up quoting me 600$ + freon (they charge 1/3rd what the other guys do for freon). The other guys refused to provide an itemized receipt to justify their 2-4k charges, while Trinity did so happily.

They had the part secured and were able to schedule the work within just a few days. Upon arrival, they completed the work quickly and professionally! They said they didn't need to add enough freon to justify charging me and the labor was an hour shorter than they quoted. My final bill was 465$ for a job everyone else wanted several thousand dollars flat rate for! They are my new AC people and I'll be telling any neighbors that run into problems to use them as well!

Another great service call by the team at Trinity Services. Shelby was able to squeeze us in the same day that we contacted with an AC problem. John showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. While performing the necessary parts replacements, John also found some items that would eventually cause problems down the line and was able to repair/replace those items as well. John finished the repairs and cleaned up every piece of trash/debris he found, leaving the AC area cleaner then how he found it. Extremely grateful for the same day service, and high quality of service and professionalism by all on the Trinity Services team. Highly recommend this company!

Friendly and fast service. I was in need of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services and it was great to be able to go to them for all of it. Shelby is great to work with and the guys are knowledgeable, really know their stuff. I recommend them for sure and will be using them for all "3" home needs!

We ended up having both of our toilets out of commission because our son decided to flush a bunch of stuff down them! They got a technician to come just a couple of hours after I called. I had reached out to a few other local companies that weren't going to be able to come out until mid-February. Charles, the technician, was polite and professional. And now we have working toilets again!
