Trinity Square Apartments, Dallas TX

I walked in a couple of days ago & I met with the manager & assistant, Perla & Megan. They were really kind & willing to answer all my questions. I’m excited to settle into my new apartment!

Had to have some maintenance done recently and Moses was an absolute joy to work with. Everything was fixed quickly and he even cleaned up after the work was done! I can't tell you how many maintenance people I've seen just leave that for a tenant. I really appreciate it.

This is my second time living in these apartments and I must say I still love it.

I initially gave this complex 2 stars in the beginning. At move out, 3 stars. I think the leasing office is very misleading so I wouldn’t sign a lease without seeing the unit. The complex is old so that’s why it’s a lot cheaper than the complexes around. Absolutely no upgrades and the gym is pretty old and dirty. It has a musty smell. All the reviews about parking is right. Horrible but if you can grab a covered spot, it’s great during inclement weather. Theft wasn’t an issue at first, but my entire building has turned over and one of the neighbors has stolen a couple of my Amazon packages. It’s old so everything is squeaky. The floors feel like they’re about to cave especially when you first move in and not used to the unevenness under the carpet.

Outside of the thieves the neighbors are alright. You can’t really enjoy natural light tho, the patios all face a courtyard and those very kind neighbors will entertain themselves. Maintenance guys are really nice. Sandy’s cool and she’s very helpful. The assistant used to be a guy.they really need to bring him back. His replacement. Brittany.wouldn’t recommend. 0/10. She’s incompetent when you try to explain to her what she messed up and got wrong again, she just overtalks and tries to deflect.

I always renew leases but not this one. I’d only recommend this complex if you’re tight on cash and want to live in an ok area. The complex is pest free from my experience here.

This is my second time living in these apartments and I must say I still love it. Sandy is the main reason I came back here. She is so special because you don’t find many apartment managers that care like her! She is so sweet and fun! I have never had any issues with the service she and Brittany provides. Thank you so so much Sandy for all your help it truly means a lot! I’d definitely recommend these apartments their quiet, in a great location and affordable. And yeah again Sandy is the best!
