Horrible and unfair and didn’t prepare for a storm or anything and then wouldn’t answer our questions or help when you call the office the person that answers has no answers and doesn’t know anything about electricity at an electric company imagine worst place ever let people freeze should be shut down! And sued

The phones are always down or they simply don't want to answer. When there is an emergency you have to leave a message even during a power outage and freezing temperatures. 6 hours later still have not heard anything nor has anything been fixed. With no way to contact anyone.

Y'all gotta get something figured out with your phones. I'm on a prepaid plan and dont really appreciate my electric getting cut off because your phones are always down. On top of that, this is the only way anyone on a prepaid plan is able to pay.

All of the ladies in the office need to be fired, they are not equipped to interact with the public.

Good service and prices. Only complaint would be the guys out in the field working on the lines always seem real arrogant.

I've been a customer since 1979. Always good rates. But I want to comment on the service. I called to report an outage on a hot Saturday afternoon in July, after everything and everbody was closed. In about an hour, the repair trucks were here, fixed the problem and restored my power. I had wrongfully estimated the power would be out for hours. Thank you for responding so quickly TVEC!

I’ve been with them for many years and prices are fair, service is good.what more could you ask for!

Thought it was time to thank the hardworking linemen at TVEC for always getting our lights back on in record time. This time they had us back up and running in less than 30 minuets from the time I reported the outage!
