Trio Apartments, San Antonio TX

This place is a slum maria the manager does not make repairs my girlfriend rented an apartment there under housing i took maria 2 times to get the inspection right. Then my girlfriend had a major water leak that took 1 week to fix and she had to use a shop vac to vacuum up the water that pooled in the hallway bedroom and kitchen. On the date of lease renewal housing failed the apartment (which is apartment #1 on the corner of Babcock and Glenview) due to a various reasons all related to maintenance and repair of the apartment that management would not fix and was caused by the aforementioned water leak. Also maria evicted my girlfriend for their nonwillingness to comply with housings instructed repair list. Further more while my girlfriend was moving and she had filed an appeal and paid one month of rent into the court registry and before that month was up. My girlfriend had to leave town to get her daughter and maria had someone break in to the apartment that was double bolt locked from the inside and majority of the stuff like appliances were stolen by her clean up crew that is mostly composed if illegal immigrants. Plus the way maria filed the eviction was as a pauper so that there will be no record of her evicting you on her end but you are left with the debt that if paid to remove from credit list could possibly go to maria pocket as the main holding company is not aware of in the first place so DO NOT RENT HERE if this is removed like all the others i will continue to post

And maintence never gets job done. And Mgr is closed most of time! -

Apartments are old run down infested with roaches rats and ants.ac constantly goes out. Apartments smell like trash and piss. Can’t believe they are renting out these horrible apartments I’m so glad I moved out and found something way better. If your thinking about moving in I would say run. I know these apartments are all bills paid but still the conditions you have to live in are third world. Find something better.

I have been here going on 5 mths. The manager Maria does here job well.if their is any issue with my apartment all I do let her know to make a work order and matinence will get it done. I'm very pleased in staying here. I recommend Hillcrest apartments. The apartment is owned by John and is doing everything he can to turn the stones in this place.
