Trio Apartments, El Paso TX

If you are planning on moving here do not depend on the laundry room to open at 8 am they never come open it at 8! There was one time that I showed up at 10 am and laundry room was still locked. First of all it’s expensive to do laundry and it’s frustrating when they don’t commit to their schedule.

Garbage. Do not live here. Roaches will be your pets. Floods and pipe problems constantly. You'll never get your deposit back. Staff are shady and fake as F. Live under a bridge preferably. You'll save money and headaches.

All the 5 star reviews that you see are fake. Posted by staff or friends and family of the staff. Not actual residents that have experienced the garbage/cesspool that that place really is.

I read all past reviews to present before I put my application in. Since day one THE ENTIRE OFFICE has been friendly and helped diligently to the renters qualms. The unit was excellently prepared. Clean to the teeth, no bugs period. Pest control came out but there was no need. Haven't seen a single bug or roach here. It's only due to renters not being clean with their units (I've seen some nasty apts!) But it's about how you live. All issues with any maintenance was resolved immediately without delays! I have to give both office management and maintenance a 5 Star in excellence to keep the property A1. To them (both office personnel and maintenance)
I thank them for keeping a high standard for quality housing. Not to mention very clean grounds and pools. Thank you for making the efforts to keep good residents, military retirees and others. Love it!

It is a nice place, but one worker in office management has a negative and unfriendly tone of voice. I have had several unpleasant experiences speaking with her.

Besides the roaches you will here the fire trucks every time plus all the traffic. Horrible people live there and also work there. They will raise the rent every six months. This place is not worth it.

Can anyone tell me how to apply for trio apartment, i never find anywhere available units in trio.can anyone suggest me.they never put available units in their website.

I lived here for just a little over a year for military
Great area, nice office workers, kept pool cleaned and ready to use.
If I were to ever have to go back to El Paso, TX I would stay here again.

Lived here for a year in a half. Never had problems with the staff or any residents. Always felt safe. Yes there are roaches. We are clean and they still were in our kitchen. Lastly the management enters your apartment once a month with a pest control guy & for whatever reason they turn the water off for 5 hours once a month mid-day.

The staff in the office are super friendly and really made my stay at Trio apartments enjoyable. Maintenance responded to my work orders pretty fast and did a great job overall. I recommend this apartment complex not only for the price but for the overall quality.

Horrible experience, roaches would come out every day, had to keep everything inside the fridge (things that should not be in the fridge) and use containers for everything.
There was a disgusting water leak from the upper department in the bathroom that was never fixed. Your complaints to maintenance are not tracked and there was never a follow up other than, "yes we are working on it. "

Also, be careful when deciding to leave, you have to give a month notice and receive a paper confirmation, if not they will not mark it properly and you will end up paying for days after you leave and take pictures! I was charged a cleaning fee from my deposit after I left the department impeccable.

I referred a friend here who’s looking for a studio just like myself. She’s getting no a larger studio for cheaper price. I’m getting a smaller studio for more expensive price. I was also told that they offer monthly or 6 months installs, my friend and her husband received a 12month which doesn’t show on MY application for option.
I’ve already experience racial discrimination here as well. I am not pleased and will be looking into further movement!
