Trio Rehabilitation & Wellness Solutions reviews
18 I found the team at Trio highly competent, very friendly, and an unlimited number of exercises that focused directly on my injury.
I left each session feeling I got the best out the time as well as a good "burn".
Best staff for the physical therapy sessions; caring personalized therapy with positive results!
But be careful of the bulldog staff woman at the front desk who acts very intimidating!
I won’t be going back due to her insulting behavior!
All the people at Trio are really great! They are knowledgeable, kind, and always professional. Trio has made a noticeable difference in my recovery time and just general well being.
Karen Ross is an excellent Speech Therapist. She is patient yet very thorough in her sessions. She helped me tremendously and i would encourage anyone needing help with volume, with clarity, with breathing as they speak to go and see her. Thank you Karen!
I like the facility, the therapists that I have worked with.
The billing department I have problems with. I was there for vertigo and had a few appointments. I didn’t paid for my first visit because when I left they gave me my new appointment and said see you then. They didn’t ask for payment.
When I came in for my new Apt. They informed me that I need pay for my first visit and today’s, which I did. I had paid for all of my appointments after that before left at each appointment. Then I received a bill stating that I owe my money. When I called the person I talked to couldn’t really answer way I owe more. My copay is $25.00 for each treatment. That is what I paid.
I had came back because I have a pop finger. When I came in they took my copay right and I used my debit card and changed me a $1.00 for each of my 2 visits. I questioned that they said that is what they do. The debit card is look using cash. I didn’t see a sign posted in the waiting area. I’m very upset about this. I am 65 and on a fixed income. So every dollars counts.
Staff at Trio are very knowledgeable and devote their entire time to helping you reach your health goals
Every one is very friendly. They facility’s super clean. The therapist works with you to strife to do the best you can. I highly recommend them,
Listened to my description of injury; provided realistic exercise to reduce pain; set valid goals for evaluating rehab success; provided safe and friendly environment to accomplish procedures; used classical (isometric) and modern tools to enhance range-of-motion improvements; gracious; friendly; welcoming
I would definitely recommend Trio rehab. The therapists are all so happy and friendly. I feel very comfortable there.
What a fantastic team! Everyone gives you their full attention and are truly concern with your needs. I respect that they showed me the "correct" way of doing some of my difficult exercises.
I have and I will continue to recommend Trio Rehab
Eileen is very good at what she does. I met her for the first time last week when she assessed my condition. She was very thorough and professional.
She has checked on my progress every day. I value her input and her cheering me on. I feel like she is truly interested in me as a person and me getting completely well.
I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a great therapist and someone who wants you to get better!
Kathy is a great therapist. She is very knowledgeable and make it fun to go the rehab! Love Trio rehab.
The expertise s superb. The cordiality is also great. Sometimes I feel like I was at a family gathering of cousins. Michelle is the scheduler/greeter. She welcomes everyone that comes through the door by name! How does she do that!
I have been to several PT facilities and Trio is the best. They spent a lot of time getting familiar with my problem and prescribing applicable exercises. My exercises were detailed on their website so it was easy to make sure I was doing them properly. As a result my pain was alleviated in just three weeks and two visits. Although they didn't give me any chocolate chip cookies the staff was very friendly, professional and caring. If I need more PT this is the only facility I would consider.
My initial experience at Trio Rehab was quite positive. The office staff and therapists were all very friendly and efficient. All of my needs were handled in a professional manner and that is much appreciated.
Canceled multiple appointments with me after they were previously scheduled due to lack of accredited therapists.
Kathy is clearly experienced and was definitely effective in improving my range of motion and flexibility to put me on the path to return to “whole” after I broke my wrist.
Her humor, kindness, and gentle firmness is working with me made the process much less difficult.
Very friendly staff, and accommodate my needs perfectly. I have improved range of motion with completing only 3 sessions so far. I am very pleased. This is the best rehab facility!
