Beware - I had their top tier system installed in my home in April of 2022. The problem is that even with the biannual service plan paid monthly, they will routinely call to reschedule on the day of your appointment. These are not time specific appointments so you’d have already made arrangements with work to be available for the entire morning. This has happened three times now with the earliest reschedule being a full month out every time. The first two times, the reason given is other customers are in need of your time slot due to their system failing. The third time now is due to the weather. I now regret using this company and I am stuck with a system that I have to hire another company just to make sure it is being maintained. God help me if it breaks down under their warranty.

Eric Tamez did a great job of an installing our new smart thermostat and confirming installation of our new Triple A air conditioning Rheem 5 ton 16 seer 2 condenser and evaporator heat pump. Very good technician that is very interactive, knowledgeable and informative.

We have been struggling to find a solid, reliable A/C company since we moved to Corpus. Daitchoin was really nice and very knowledgeable about our issues. Walked us through every part of the system and gave us tips for maintenance in the future. Fair estimate for repairs and I know it will be done right. Will be going to this company in the future!

Just had my air-conditioning replaced by Mike and he did a fabulous job. They got to us quickly (called them out Monday and had new AC installed by Wednesday evening). Were pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. Look forward to a continued relationship since I also signed up for their service plan so the unit can be checked on every 6 months to keep it working well. Definitely recommend!

Mike from Triple "A" was very thorough. I lost a three-year old outside condenser-unit compressor when the previous owner replaced both inside and outside components; but failed to purge and test the lines for non-condensable acid, and particulates in the line. Upon arrival mike ran an acid test before placing the new unit on the pad and discovered this problem. He added two filters and acid-rid to the lines and purged and vacuumed before loading with Freon. ****OUTSTANDING****. If we have any problems I am confident I will find the right troubleshooting and repair with AAA.

Mike was courteous and professional, he diagnosed our inside and outside unit thoroughly and explained the issues very well, he also patiently took the time to answer my questions. In addition, Mike is a extremely knowable tech and I would like to also mention Ashley and Asher professionalism on their communications with my appointment, AAA AC is the real deal.
