I just went here for the first time. My Cars A/C was not working. The mechanic was super friendly, and even though his shop was close to closing, he still took his time diagnosing my cars A/C issue. Even though he quickly found out that my cars A/C compressor was bad he still continued trying to get some kind of decently cool air to come out the vents by emptying the system and recharging it twice. The mechanic informed me that my dodge bumper to bumper insurance should cover the issue, so I'll be contacting the dealer soon. But I'm totally grateful that he took his time to troubleshoot my issue and was able to let me drive home with cool air coming out of my air vents. Instead of sweating with the windows down as I was when I first arrived.

I work at a dealership and I often bring vehicles for inspection. The people that actually do these inspections are really cool people and will help you to their fullest. I am able to get these vehicles inspection really quickly and get on with my day.

The people working there arent bad, but anytime I call them, I always get the machine. I've called them a total of 6 or 7 times since I've used them and they've answered once. If you're going to use this place, you better plan to actually go up there if you need updates or have questions. It's incredibly annoying, especially if you don't have a car.

I took my vehicle in for some repairs I met the owner he was very detailed about what was going on with my vehicle. Worked with me on timing to minimize wait times offered up m options that best fit my situation. I would recommend triple J’s to my friends and family! Thanks keep up the good work!

This has been one of the most reliable and most trustworthy shops I’ve dealt with in the past! They never lie to you, and are very straight forward and honest with what needs to be done with your vehicle. They are so trustworthy and have such great service I take all my company’s vehicles there for service, as well as my own personal vehicles when they need service.

I won’t trust anyone else in Pasadena or South Houston but them! And that says a lot, I’ve been a mechanic for a while before this job and I’m naturally a car guy.

They did a great job. I would definitely recommend contacting them for your car issues. I have a ford focus that wouldn't reverse. They knew exactly what the issue was and made sure I knew what they would do to fix it.

I have a 2012 Camaro RS. I took my car to triple J’s because my trunk was not opening. These Camaros normally have this problem. It is an electrical issue. I am very satisfied with the work. They fixed 2 problems I was having with my trunk. The cost for this repair was reasonable. They took 2 hours for this service. They explained the prices and repairs. I understood. I will be taking my car to this shop for future services. I’m a very satisfied customer! Thank you, Triple J’s!
