During this visit, Alex replaced one of my outside spigots that was leaking inside my basement. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and got to work. He was able to correct the angle of the piping that lead to the demise of the old spigot and installed a new shut off valve and spigot.

Came out on a Sunday within a few hours. Guy admitted he'd never seen a system like ours but sent pictures to his boss and his boss walked him through it on the phone. Ended up not being a plumbing issue, but I'd definitely call them again if one arises.

TriStar Plumbing Solutions was wonderful to work with. They responded quickly, stayed in touch, Sue from the office kept me notified of all the visits and coordinated all the repairs. John was efficient and friendly and knowledgeable. All in all they're a great business

Joe was absolutely amazing, patient, and understanding. Had our toilet fixed within ten minutes. Will Absolutely be using their services again if I have more problems. Would give more stars if I could!

After the recent freeze John and his crew came to my house exactly as promised the day after the freeze and they helped me safely get water restored to my house and my pool. They were extremely knowledgeable, fast and tidy. I am very appreciative of the work that they did and I would recommend TriStar Plumbing Solutions unequivocally. TriStar Plumbing Solutions have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

TriStar Plumbing Solutions were able to schedule time before the end of the day to check where water/leak was coming from. And give me a quote on what needed to be done. Work was repaired in a timely fashion. An old water heater was taken away.

The plumbers were awesome. They arrived with all of the parts and equipment they needed. They removed old concrete tubs, cleaned the drains, installed a new modern tub and repiped the water lines into the laundry room. When they were done the laundry room looked amazing - everything was clean, swept and tidied. We would use Ken's again in a heartbeat. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
