Triton Stone of San Antonio reviews
13 My salesperson Tara Rosenski was excellent.
She was knowledgeable, thorough and very
Professional. She was friendly and has always gotten back to me in a timely manner with answers. Triton is very lucky to have her represent the company.
Had a small kitchen island renovation from two tier to single tier counter. Since we already had granite counter tops we wanted to match our existing to save some money. We did find an exact match in the Triton yard and put it on hold. When the fabricator showed up to pick up the slab, he recognized it was the same type but different color than we had picked out.
After further discussion and a call to Triton, the slab we reserved and the slab they tried to give our fabricator did not match numbers. Someone wasn't telling the truth, they either sold ours out from under us and didn't want to own up or the sticker fell oft and they retagged a completely different slab. Either way, they were at fault and no one seemed to want to acknowledge or apologize for the major f up. It was project time and we were forced to either "wait and see" if the next shipment had a match or purchase all new counters.
The lady who helped us originally obviously knew what happened and was "busy with other clients" when we showed to pick the new counters. We passed by her, she knew and it was awkward.
Big yard with a wide variety but could use a douse of honesty. Thanks, and we'll be using another yard for the next project.
Premium Quartz bought at this store has cracked in less than 2 years. Store has refused to accept the responsibility, it is truly sad!
I always send my clients to take a look at these slabs, not all suppliers have the same quality in stones. They may have internal veining and fissures you can't see as a consumer, but would be a nightmare for us fabricators to fabricate and install. And for you in the long run prone to more chipping than normal.
I highly recommend their stones, I know they send someone over seas to hand select their bundles, and that's always a huge plus.
I have worked with Lisa from Triton on several projects for my clients. She goes out of her way to help find what we need. She is knowledgeable of the product and costs and helps us stay in budget. If I call or email with a question she responds quickly and helps get the project done. I would truly be lost without her help!
Albert was very helpful and patient. We didn't know that we needed an appointment. He took care of us anyway and helped us narrow down our quartz selection in about 15 minutes! Excellent customer service. The store itself was also great! Very clean and lots of beautiful selections to choose from.
I’ve been a client with Triton over 3 years and have always had a great experience when it come to slab variety/selection. Maritiza is especially very helpful, attentive and has great eye for colors and design.
I wish I could give Maritza more than 5 stars! I had such a great experience at Triton and working with Maritza. She is knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured. I appreciated her honestly and opinion and with her help was able to complete selections for my entire house in 2 hours. Thank you Maritza and Triton!
I recently purchased my first home and was looking to renovate my kitchen. Maritza at Tristone made that possible for us. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our decision and experience! I look forward to working with her and Tristone again!
This company needs real help. Be advised that lead times mean nothing to these people. The management of this company is woefully lacking or completely incompetent. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. My project is now several weeks behind when my tile was supposed to be in “Thursday”. I guess I should have asked which Thursday, 2020 or 2021. I’ll be visiting Stone Masters today.
My wife and I give Triton Stone & Granite of San Antonio a 5-star rating. All because of our saleswoman, Maritza. She made our experience selecting countertops the most enjoyable. She was considerate to our concerns on price point. She steered us away from costly selections, per our request, and kept us where we wanted to be. Once we narrowed down our selections, she went out of her way to have slabs moved so that we could pick out which exact slabs we wished to purchase. She went so far as to bring out a faucet so that we could see what it would look like, without us asking. She never rushed us and answered all of our questions. She made us feel like nothing else mattered and that we were the most important customers there. Thank you, Maritza and Triton, for making what could have been a stressful chore an enjoyable part of our home building experience.

The customer service here is AWFUL. My husband and I are building a home and have a ton of granite and tile to buy. Triton will not be getting any of our business solely based on their customer service. The front desk woman was incredibly rude and seemed almost annoyed we were even there to look. It was really weird. We have not had this experience anywhere else. We didn’t come in right as they were closing or anything to upset them, so I’m baffled as to why she was so rude. I decorate and will not be recommending Triton to any clients either. Triton lost a ton of business due to this interaction. Incredibly disappointed.
