I went in for the first time today and loved the store. Neat and organized, great prices and excellent customer service.

These guys are awesome, they recently fixed an console for me and I couldn't be happier! Kyle and James are always happy to help with anything I'm looking for as well.

My girlfriend and I go to this place at least once a week. There’s always new games for every console and new Funko pops every visit. The staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful as well!

I came in to the Tronix repair center with an old Nintendo DS lite hoping to have it repaired. The technicians eyes lit up when he saw my old relic from days past, but alas assured me he would be unable to service such an antique due to component concerns.

However after a small back and forth I explained the simple issue and he produced a bottle of isopropyl alcohol, Then proceeded to use a loving touch acquired from years of experience to gently nurture my directional pad back to full working order.
My only regret is that I did not offer this superhuman man a handshake by which certainly some of his prowess would be transferred to myself, though perhaps this is for the best as he can now continue to assist those in need at peak efficiency. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely honest and customer friendly! My iPhone 13 was dead and wouldn’t turn on. I expected a day wait and expensive repair bill. What I got was a 2 minute fix and no charge! Bring your business here!

Had a problem with my iphone and took it in. In less than 5 min, Lee had it fixed and I was on my way. Very, very pleased with them and will send anyone I know to them

1/19/23 walked in with a dead phone.
Friendly greeted at the door by two employees were very helpful, plugged the phone in and immediately were able to figure out what was wrong with. It sent me out the door within two minutes. Explained everything that was going on. No charge highly recommend, honest and quick. A+service

My iphone was blacked out dead most of the day! I thought it was a goner ️.
So i walk rite by TRONIX my pcs carrier is closed Figures.
Walk back to TRONIX Knowing mind you that they are also closed, door was unlocked.
Im filthy from grinding an hammering steel Bald headed Frustrated.

Great people with a good attitude and really good pricing on the majority of their products.

I always bring my friends to this little hidden gem called Tronix. It’s such a well organized store with a vibe that sends you back to playing your favorite video games as a kid. Everything there is reasonably priced, great customer service that can answer any and all questions, and their rare video games and Pokémon card selection is top tier. This is a must stop for anyone who is a gamer!

I have had the same problem with my last 3 phones. Cricket couldnt help me (and neither could the IT guy from Samsung!) but Tronix. THEY WERE AWESOME! They figured out why this gray box popped up EVERY time i did anything on my phone. I was so excited I almost cried. THANK YOU TRONIX! I recommend them 100%!
