Humiliating experience.
I was discriminated due to my ethnicity, I am Hispanic, and the staff treated me like if I was not smart at all. From the begining they new they had to reschedule my appointment regardless they asked me to fill out the paperwork, check my id and then told me that they have to reschedule. I was not happy about so I left.
Couple of minutes later I came back to get my paperwork since it has confidential information. The staff told me that they have already shredded it. It was very suspicious, I several times asked to talk to the Dr.about it and they said NO. They kept saying it was shredded.
Eventually they went to the back of the office and came back with my paperwork intact.
From my perspective they thought that because I am Hispanic I was not going to push back to get my information before they misuse it.
As I said I tried to talk the Dr. I was not allowed.
I know they do not need me as a patient, however, I think discrimination is something that should not be tolerated, let alone potential identity theft.

Rescheduling an appointment is extremely difficult. They did not follow up as they said they would.

I have been a patient with Dr. David Yi for 7 years. He is incredibly knowledgable and stays up to date on new approaches for treating medical issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Yi.

Dr Lansford is a very thorough physician. The ambience in the office is nice and the staff is very helpful. Jackie, Dr Lansfords nurse is spot on and efficient. They always make me feel at ease. I started going to Dr Lansford when I lived in Trophy club. Now that I live in Frisco, I still go to Dr Lansford. It’s worth the trip.

I felt obligated to give a review since there are so many negative reviews. I've been going to David for several years now and I have had no issue. I can in quick, get out quick and he's pleasant to work with.

By far the WORST nurse I have ever dealt with in my 28 years of life. Do yourself a favor and recommend that you do not have to encounter their nurse named Sue. I walked into the clinic strictly wanting to meet with Dr. Addy to talk about a recent diagnosis I have been given from a specialist. Sue was going through the motions, asking me about family history, etc. I could feel and visually see her judging my each and every answer that I gave. Then, she didn’t place, she tossed the gown next to me and told me to change into it. I asked her why I was changing into a gown and she told me, “because you’re getting a physical”. Well, sorry ma’am (?), but I’m definitely not doing that because that’s not even what I’m here for. Moral of the story, I have been going to Dr. Addy since I was a little girl, but I don’t think you could pay me to step back into that office again. Being kind goes a long way, you should learn about it, Sue.

Dr David Yi, I have gone to several times and thus can give a well rounded rating. I found David Yi because my insurance switched and I was forced to pick a new doctor. If you are in the same situation, keep looking. Anyone needing further info is welcome to send me directly. I can assure you there are better doctors to have your family cared for at!

I don't know what Clinic these one-star reviews are going to, but it's certainly not the Trophy Club Family Medicine where I go. I have been a patient there for years & don't trust anyone but Carol Addy, PA to manage my health concerns. She is one of the best clinicians I have ever seen, is caring, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I admit I am not the best patient, but she still works with me and does not make me feel chastised as some doctors do. I also have had nothing but good experiences with her MA, referrals, and pharmacy requests. Ignore the bad reviews and see for yourself.

I've been coming to TCFM for several years and I really like Dr. Yi and his assistant Penny. His medical advice is straight forward, but in a caring way. When I first came, I had very high blood pressure and cholesterol. With the help of an exercise plan, eating a little better and the correct prescriptions ordered by Dr. Yi, I've lost a considerable amount of weight and my blood pressure and cholesterol are now considered " normal". TCFM has a very nice, clean office and everyone there is always helpful. I'm very happy with the professionalism and service I receive from them on a constant basis.

Dr. Lansford-Seabaugh is great. She takes the time to listen and seems to care about her patients. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. I drive about 50+ miles one way just to see her and if they weren't great I would not do that.

Giving a 1 star rating is even too high for this place. Got blood work done and didn’t hear back for 2 weeks only to be told they had already received it but nobody read it. Then it was a hassle to get a referral sent to a different office. Office staff was rude. Being told by Sue that she “isn’t even the right nurse” when I was sent to her by the receptionist was irritating. Won’t be returning.

I have been a patient with Trophy Club Family Medicine for several years. When Dr. Bryd was the head PCP. She was Great to and for my family. Since she left, we chose Carol Addy, PA-C as our PCP and she is wonderful to us all. Carol, takes her time with us and makes us feel as though that we are the only one important at the time of our appointment. She thorough and always pleasant. She is more than our medical provider, she is apart of our family. Our children are very comfortable with her. The entire staff is always pleasant. Monica is special to us all! However, since she is no longer Carol's MA, we are pleased as well with Sue. She is always kind and helpful. I miss Ms. Berda!

Dr. Yi is exceptional! Excellent bedside manor. Doesn't rush and explains every detail. Dr. Lansford and Carol Addy are outstanding as well! Great team of professionals: Lainey is the Best and The Nurses too! Penny and Jackie are super! If you're afraid of shots go to these ladies!:) You can't even feel them! Highly recommend this Group of Doctors and team!

Just trying to book on appointment for the afternoon with them I was put on hold for times, so something that should only take about 5 min or less ended up taking 15 minutes. It would've been okay if they'd at least say that they were sorry for putting me on hold, but no they presided to be rude after putting me on hold multiple times.
Dr. Landsford is amazing, I've gone to her multiple times, but the reception not so good.
