Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Harker Heights TX

From getting a super mini sized southwest wrap which never is super small to getting a half full smoothie that I was charged full price. It took 10 mins for somebody to even come to the window to cash me out and attitude when I told them about my smoothie being half full.

Both locations suck.

On top of her fixing the smoothie, it now just tastes like ice. I guess she was being funny. I'm out of $7 dollars. I have to get to work and can't wait any longer.

Line take ridiculous long I’ve been in like for 30mins and still got order wrong. The Manager Christina need to address her because this not not look good for the store manager.

Every time I come here the wait is incredibly long for just one smoothie. Even when there is no line the wait is at least 15 minutes. Incredibly frustrating!

Love their smoothies. I haven’t tried their food yet, but according to my daughter in law, the chicken wrap is delicious. If you like berry flavors, I recommend the bahama mama, if you like mango, the mango magic is really good. I tried the sunrise sunset, and if you like oj then this could be the drink for you. Not what I expected, according to the ingredients it should be more berry flavor, but it isn’t. Customer service inside is excellent. We’ve also gone through the drive thru, and that customer service needs to be improved. Sorry no photos of the smoothies.

Great smoothies. Long wait is unnecessary. Drive thru has a big set to ask about adding a tip.then get mad when you say no. Customer service based jobs are hard and demanding. But dont assume you deserve a tip in drive thru. I will always leave for great service. But it will go to nothing if the person just assumes their entitled to a tip. Better believe i will be watching my receipt. Hope the drive thru person doesnt assum to charge a tip anyways.

The window attendant didnt say one word other than the cost of my purchase, super rude. The banana I got was green, I guess I’ll try to eat it in a couple days, they’ve been out of protein powder for nearly 3 weeks

I understand being busy but this place is slow every time i go it doesn’t matter the time, they’re so disrespectful.when i asked if i could get a discount for how long i’ve been waiting which was over an hour in the line they told me no and closed the window on me.my smoothies never taste the same either.

The place was clean but took an eternity to get 3 overpriced smoothies and they were out of so many things. If I had known these things prior to going I wpuld never have gone. I would say that the owner needs to get his or her stuff together.

Very sweet cashier at the drive thru. The smoothies were 4/10, very light and not overly sweet (we got a sunrise sunset and a strawberry banana smoothie). The sandwich, however, tasted like cafeteria food. It wasn't bad but it was underwhelming. The sauce they put on the lettuce tasted like store bought caesar salad dressing, too sweet. Overall, the menu seemed sun damaged and hard to read, the drive thru felt very much like a back alley and it took them about 10-15 minutes to finish my order (I was in the drive thru and the only one in the drive thru).

The crew was very professional and attentive. Our food came out fast and hot. Customer service at its best.

I visited this location yesterday 8/21/22 and ordered a Watermelon Mojito smoothie. Substituted the watermelon with blueberry. It was exceptional. Being pregnant and craving it again, I sent my husband to get me another today and he was advised that due to it being a limited item, they cannot substitute the watermelon for other items. This wasn’t an issue yesterday and I would like to know how true that is. Very dissatisfied with service today.

I ordered a quesadilla and literally got the flattest, blandest little thing I’ve ever seen in my life. My husband’s chicken flatbread sandwich had more tomato than chicken, and said chicken was cold. However, the employees were nice. I just couldn’t stand the food. Also, how do they only have apples and bananas for their whole fruit options when they sell smoothies. You would think they’d have other fruit.

Food was great but service was poor. I guess you can't get both. We waited 30 to 40 mns to get our 2 smoothie and a chicken sandwich.

I made 2 orders 1 was food the other was a smoothie after I reviewed the menu some more. 2 different people took my order both male workers were unpersonable not helpful even after telling them its my first time and responds with I don't know after asking a question about a salad anyways.the food was okay nothing special but the worker lacked people skills and energy

I've been coming to this location since they first opened, so I've seen the growth. Customer service has improved.the consistent taste of smoothies has improved.the overall operation has improved.

The owner is awesome, she's humble, driven, approachable, will listen to you without getting an attitude, very calm demeanor and has a positive attitude. She's great! She's done an excellent job hiring the right managers over time. The staff treats me very well and I appreciate that. I'm a super regular customer who's very picky, not always easy to deal with but the staff has done excellent! Have a great Memorial day Weekend!

It's very sad to see a place I really enjoyed make budget cuts. They got rid of the styrofoam cups to carton cups and charged me one dollar for a cup of water. I'm sorry guys but that was an awful experience

Atmosphere is absolutely divine, and they have no issues explaining the menu. I got a mango something and it was LIFE. Coming back when I get paid

I have been here a few times, but this latest time will be my last. Smoothie was in an off brand plain white cup, almost completely melted/watery and the taste was not up to standard like previous visits. I hope you guys can get it together but i will not stick around to find out.
