Had a great smoothie today at this location (Park/Preston). I do not like things really sweet so they suggested 1/2 on the sweet level and it was perfect! I had the Blueberry Bliss and my friend ordered the Bahama Mama at 50% sweet; both were wonderful! Customer service was exceptional.

This is the worst of all of the locations I've been to. The flavors are just right but the texture is not. I frequently get "smoothies" with chunks of ice or ingredients. A smoothie should never block the straw with a chunk of ice or avacado.

They need to be trained to leave the blenders on longer.

Went for a smoothie n food run for my sister. The food was tasty and the smoothie was delicious.

Good food for a smoothie shop - tasty kale-apple slaw. Smoothies are also tasty and the shop is clean and bright.

Beach bum smoothie was good. They added 20 g whey protein, so you can have as a meal as well. Shop is bright and clean. Very little parking in front. I believe they forgot about my order, though. They served everyone, I'm guessing these were app orders, and even the people who had come into the store after me and ordered at the counter. I was frustrated and asked about it. The guy tells me another guy (he points to) is making it. Ok, I go sit back down. Then the guy who's supposed to be making my drink takes that smoothie and his food and goes on his break with it. Argh! So the first guy starts my smoothie. Starts. He gave it to me and said sorry 'bout that and walked off. I've worked retail, restaurants, with the general public before and would never have treated anyone that way. Anyway, food's good. Experience - not so much.

I ordered my usual Chia Banana Boost and the Sunset Sunrise for a friend and both were watered down. It could have been more fruity. I voiced this for one of the drinks and he was nice to attempt it again. I think he dumped my smoothie in the blender and was adding more things to it. But the second time was even more horrible than the first.

I went up here recently, and I noticed something that really rubbed me the wrong way. The shift leader had a real bad attitude, and I could hear him hollering and yelling at the other employees in the back a lot. I think his name was Malachi or something? If I was the owner, I wouldn’t be ok with my shift leader acting like that.

Smoothie was great and we each got chicken wraps which were also really good. Perfect stop for a quick meal between soccer games.

Ordered online. We picked up order but it was short one wrap, another was wrong, and the smoothies were mislabeled. Had to drive back to get the wrap and was offered a bogo coupon.thanks. We have eaten here many times in the last few years but recently it has been really difficult to get a correct order. I think I have had enough.

I love their green smoothies and vegetable wraps. Always fresh. This place has a great vibe!

Loved the smoothie - bahama mama must try. They also had happy hour today before 10 am. Manager at the counter was very nice and also offered a free strawberry straw. I will definitely come back!

We loved the experience and the choices of smoothies and sandwiches at this location. Whenever we are in the vicinity, we love to stop by. Keep up the great work!

UPDATE: Corp wrote back to me, I am raising my rating due to their prompt response and desire to understand my concern. Good mgmnt. I'll go back for another try.
Update 2: They sent me a gift card, I will be going back and will update my rating.

Went in the morning, 11am. Greeted nicely. First time customer, I then said that I saw an item online and wanted to try it. I think I made her angry, it was very unpleasant. I left the store and got my smoothie elsewhere. The other guy behind the counter also looked at me like I was crazy. What did I do to them? Just a customer wanting help deciding from the large menu.

Used to love this location, great energy and knowledge staff! However, I was so sad to see new staff and obviously new management, not fulfilling the friendliness of what used to be there.
Not to mention, my whole order was made incorrectly, which I understand new individuals are training, but for the price customers pay, we deserve great quality. Hopefully, they can get it all figured it out, I miss the energy and customer service of the old girls!

5 employees wearing masks on their chins. Won't go to this location again-if employees can't follow simple mask guidelines how can customers assume they follow food sanitation guidelines?
