Tru by Hilton Bryan College Station

This past week was the perfect experience for me. I had housekeeping for all the days I stayed over. I always ask for this. Breakfast and the snacks were great as well. Best value in Bryan/College Station!

Would have been 5 stars if the key card reader at the side hotel door worked. Because it did not, we had to walk all the way to the front door to get to our room.

Staff were great.

Ended up calling the corporate customer service line and they promise me a manager would follow up with me to assist me with possible compensation for the issues that I had the first day I stayed, still haven't heard anything from a manager. Still having issues with the Wi-Fi

After recently having a disappointing stay at a boutique hotel in College Station, we were thrilled at the level of customer service at the Tru. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was exactly what we needed. It was a great stay!

I would say if you don’t have shower gel to put some kind of body soap in the shower. Maybe get floor mats for the bathroom so you do t fall. Maybe get beds that are a little more comfortable. Other than that the stay was good. We had to get a room because my brother was in the hospital. I’m not sure how the view was because my blind wouldn’t open. Also I would suggest maybe put microwave in the rooms and ice buckets.

The room floor was filthy, the room keys didn't work twice, the door squeaked very loud, after 3 you can't get towels unless you get them yourself, the stairwell was very dirty, the plugs tripped in the bathroom and then we lost power to the bathroom, the lady at the desk only want to text on her phone, we got no service for the hotel housekeeping. No closets.

I totally recommend this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is worth the price. You can find fun areas for the kids and adults. Ice and water. Coffee and sugar if you need.

I loved my stay here, the rooms were very nice and cozy. Costumer service was great and it felt like I was back at home.

My only suggestion is, if you don’t have any shower gel, leave a bar of soap for the visitor.

Also, our room had no hand towels, and no bath mat, so we had to use the wash clothes as a bath mat so we didn’t slip getting out of the shower.

We supplied our own soap from our toiletry bag.

Otherwise the accommodations were awesome.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Beds were great, as were pillows!

The rooms are not cleaned properly. My only advice is to bring a black light with you. I was disgusted by what I saw on the floors and walls. Room 322 was so gross.

We had an awesome stay here at Tru by Hilton! Besides the fact that the room was very spacious and clean with no carpet we happened to come during the grand reopening celebration! They had a marvelous spread Friday night that they invited us to that included wine, beer, veggies, dips and the most delicious brisket sandwiches! So glad we chose Tru everyone was super friendly!

Extremely uncomfortable, the bed was horrible. The room was so small, no closets or drawers. Towels smelled.
Breakfast was horrible.
$675 for 2 nights?
Gross! Do not waste your money!

It was an experience that I couldn't imagine that I would have a hard time of 2 hours waiting to get my rooms so there is no more

My wife and I come to college station often to visit family, if you're looking for a clean simple hotel with breakfast this it is, you won't have issues here, its probably the best hotel in college station.
