The owner conducted all of his business through text messages to his son who does not know anything about the shop. I was giving an $800 estimate over the phone but i chose a cheaper version of carpet that the son showed me. I was charged $700 for the carpet. Then i was told they were going to dye all my plastic for free. The job was horrible.i had to redo it myself. The owner refuse to discount the price. I will never do business there again. The photos are thr results of the dye work. Tru-colors sucks.

This upholstery shop does a great job! The ceiling fabric in our Volvo was bubbling and hanging down about to impede our vision in our review mirror. True Colors removed the fabric from the ceiling and sun roof cover and replaced it with closely matching fabric. It looks great! The ceiling looks brand new. I recommend this shop for your upholstery needs! A+ Rating!

I found Tru Colors through my wonderful mechanic, RPM on Dunvale in Houston, Texas. Tru Colors gave me an estimate over the phone, based on the make and model of my vehicle, and it was about $100 less than I had received as quotes from other providers. They promptly set an appointment at my convenience and came to my home to dismantle the headliner and sunroof of my car and took it back with them to recover. They try to do a 24-hour turnaround, and I was very pleased with their communication and when they returned, they quickly installed the newly refurbished headliner and sunroof. The color matched perfectly and really makes the car look new! Good direct communication, held to their price estimate, came to me, and did a great job. I will certainly work with them again and I will recommend them any chance I get.
