TRU TAN, Tyler TX

The spray tan machine always screws up and fails to spray the moisturizer or runs out of tan spray. You get a sorry spray tan and nobody knows how to fix it. They always call the manager or owner who never seems to be available. I’ve cancelled my membership because of it. This has happened repeatedly to me over the last three years. It is expensive to get half of what you pay for and a shoulder shrug when you ask if they can fix it.

First time tanning here. Bough a level 4 which was available one time and then broke. A few days after I bought the package I had to be put in ICU for over a week. When I got home I called and the only option I was given was to PAY to freeze the membership. I think considering that the bed was broken and I am under a doctors care and unable to tan I should have been given other options.

I don’t know why everyone says customer service here sucks. We came in as first timers with no clue and the lady at the front desk was very kind and understanding and walked us through all our silly little questions we had. Customer service was awesome I’ll choose this over Palm Beach any day! Also my tan came out beautiful.

Always clean, workers are friendly. Easy to get in, tan, and get out. No wait time!
